Meet Demond! This highly talented cook has been on our Team for about 8 months, and we are so excited to announce his PROMOTION to Sous Chef!!!

Demond got into restaurants when he was 15, starting as a dishwasher and prep cook at Encore in Denver. He quickly worked his way up the line and fell in love with food and the industry. You may know some of the restaurants he has contributed to in the area, such as Junebaby, Woodshop, The Grange, and Arc Restaurant & Lounge where he was the Head Chef. He has also been contributing to Table for 12 right here in Edmonds.

Demond has an unparalleled passion for food, especially the science of it. It is such a pleasure “nerding out” with him, and you will always walk away having learned something new. We are both lucky and grateful to have him on our Team, and we are looking forward to the great things that will come!
