this beautiful place exceeded all expectations. the stars truly aligned for me this day because we almost didn’t make it in the park. we didn’t have a reservation & they were completely booked. the park ranger generously allowed me to pay $10 cash, even though half of it was in quarters since I never have any cash 😅

I will forever be grateful for this day 💛

this is from a series of photographs taken on Easter at the annual Keukenhof flower festival in Holland - aka one of the most wonderful days of my life

i hope this one makes you want to go on an adventure!! a little break from landscapes was much needed. this painting takes me back to one of my favorite nights - camping in this beauty of a van just outside the Grand Canyon. this was right as the sun was going down. after that, there was nothing to see but stars 💫

hydrangeas in full bloom at the magical gardens of Keukenhof on Easter Day. this was one of the BEST experiences of my life! I initially had no clue that our visit was actually on Easter when I purchased the tickets - this made it even more memorable. these flowers also hold a special place in my heart as they were my mom’s favorite.
