One of my go-tos for self-care is Box Breathing. As someone who has a history of anxiety, this type of breathing practice is a game changer and easy to remember even when in the midst of tough energy:

Box Breathing Steps for Instant Calm:

Inhale: Breathe in slowly through your nose for a count of 4.
Hold: Hold your breath for a count of 4.
Exhale: Exhale slowly through your mouth for a count of 4.
Hold: Hold your breath again for a count of 4.
Repeat this cycle 4 times to center yourself and find calm.
