Catching up here on introductions. Dog Gone Smart would like to welcome sweet Honey here to Thursday play care. She and her senior brother Milo boarded with us a few weeks back. After that stay Honey got added to play care where she has thoroughly enjoyed romping around with the pack on Thursday.

Dog Gone Smart would like to welcome sweet puppy head Addi to Tuesday play care. This girls loves making furry friends and had a blast in play care. We love you Addi.

The rare and elusive Jen-dog and Trina-dog spotted high in the Sierras mountains, hunting the silver slippery things found in lakes and streams. Lol, aka fishing, camping, and reinforcing a 15 year long friendship.

Dog Gone Smart would like to welcome 20 months old Black Lab Smokey. This big boy set the record for the fastest newbie into the pool. He literally went straight from the van into the pool as if he owned the place and had been coming to play care for years. The only dry pictures we'll be getting of this boy will be in the van.🤣🤣

Smokey made a seamless transition into the pack in seconds. We love you already, Smokey!

Dog Gone Smart would like to welcome 8 month old and all 70lbs of chunkamunk English Bulldog Sir Wi******er (aka SirWin) to Thursday play care. He is so adorable but not quite water safe yet. My days of ocean lifeguards are long past, but my days of lifesaving are clearing not. 5 minutes into play care SirWin decided to do a flying lindy into the pool. Being not close enough to the edge to grab, and me freshly out of the shower did a full clothed flying lindy into the pool after him. 🤣🤣 It was quite the scene. He clearly now understands the pool edge. I am reshowered and dry and he has carried on with his fun day of pack play. All in a day at Dog Gone Smart...and hence why the dogs are never left unattended.

Leo the fish bandit!! 🤣🤣🤣 At least he doesn't eat these like he does the Chuck-It balls.

Oh my goodness Dog Gone Smart would like to welcome miss sweetie pie Daisy to Thursday Play Care. She was full of kisses for Trina and I right out the gate. We're so glad to have you and so are all your new friends.

Dog Gone Smart would like to welcome a new sweet boy Munson to Monday play care. He was a bit out of sorts in the van, not knowing where he was heading off to, but as you can see from the pictures, he quickly made friends and had no problem cooling off in the pool. Munson recently lost his human dad, so I am certain Nick is looking down and smiling, knowing his pal is getting this fun play day and making friends.

Monday play care ride home is always quiet. Really, the only time they get up or even open their eyes is when we stop to drop one off.

Roscoe here on my shoulder is one of those pups that just looks straight into the soul.

Love them all so much.

Dog Gone Smart would like to welcome sweet Roxy to Wednesday play care. She was a bit nervous about getting in the van, but as you can, we became instant friends, and she jumped seamlessly into the pack.

Welcome, Roxy. We love you already.

The point is to mimic the variety they'd get in nature. What do you think they ate before kibble? It was table scraps, and those scraps were more of a whole food diet because back then, before kibble, our world wasn't riddled with fake processed food.

Believe it or not, I do give them kibble from time to time. Like tonight, as I haven't had time to start their homemade food (tomorrow). I have 2 kibble brands I trust, and they can not be found in pet food stores.

Tonight's feast: a bit a beef based kibble, Tower garden broccoli, homemade sauerkraut from Tower cabbage, ½ raw organic egg, a few pepitas and pine nuts, and a raw organic chicken foot.

Next night👇Pure raw as it was cook day so they get all raw for today and tomorrow.

Tonight's feast:

Lamb heart
Lamb liver
Pulverized chicken with bones
Pressure canned pumpkin
Pressure canned pears
Tower broccoli
Sprinkle of super seed blend
Smudge of coconut oil
Juice Plus Fruits, Veggies and Omegas

Aside from common airway and regurge issues that most Frenchies have my dogs thrive and are med free, allergy free and issue free.

Once you educate yourself and incorporate this routine it is so worth it.

Know better, do better for them. The same concept applies to you. 😘❤️

Dog Gone Smart would like to welcome Carter Maas to the pack. Carter is Trina's eldest child and will be working for DGS in a part time capacity for a few months. DGS has grown and we really needed this help. Carter you are so appreciated and valued already!! He's having great day with the Monday crew of which most of this gang he already knew to boarding at the Maas residence.

So the question is.....Is someone considered a crazy dog person if they make this purchase? Asking for a friend. Thanks in advance for the feedback.

We have someone in the yard at all times for safety reasons, but also for this reason. This is what happens when we step inside just for a minute to grab our lunch or use the restroom.

Dog Gone Smart would like to welcome Kenny's little sister sweet puggle Roxy. Not only did she come into play care having a blast within minutes but she loved water and even took a dip in the pool.

Welcome Roxy, you fit right into the pack beautifully.

Matilda here has been a long time boarder with Dog Gone Smart but today is officially her 1st day in Monday Play Care. Welcome Till Till. (That's what we call her.)

Every Wednesday for the entire 25 minutes drive home from play care if Lou is tethered behind me she finds my shoulder and doesn't move. It's like she's giving me an appreciative hug for the fun day she just had.

Rainy days mean no play care, so why not use the indoor day to make another batch of homemade dog food. Don't worry y'all the bones and meats are under all the Tower Garden veggies.

The entire Dog Gone Smart family, human and canine all get unprocessed clean whole foods. After all that is what our bodies have the ability to recognize and convert into health.

Dog Gone Smart would like to welcome Doug and Charlie to Tuesday play care. These 2 are sweet and playful. Despite it being California cold and the pool being freezing they found the pool on day 1. I know shocking as they golden and doodle they are.
