The Mom of the Month is Jamie! This mama started out with us as a Stroller Strides mama and now you can catch her Monday and Wednesday nights at Body Well! I love having this mama in our village, she’s so supportive and all around one of the most friendliest ladies I know!
Let’s hear from this mama!

“My husband and I moved to the area in 2019. I work from home, so I didn’t really have much opportunity to find many friends locally. Then, I had my son in 2021. I didn’t find the Fit4Mom community until he was almost 2 years old, but boy, do I wish I had found it sooner! Being able to bring my son along to my workouts gave me the freedom to get my workouts in without having to find childcare, which was crucial for me at the time. In September of last year, I joined my first Body Well session, and I have not missed a Body Well session since! Not only did Body Well help me stay on track with my health and fitness goals, but it also helped me find some great friends in my local community. I can not tell you how grateful I am to Taylor and the awesome Body Well mamas!”

Make sure to wear your sunscreen & drink plenty of water!

Hilton Head Has a splash pad that turns on around 10/11ish great way for everyone to keep cool and something fun for the kiddos to look forward to after mamas workout!

Mom of the Month is Margaret!!!!

I love having Margaret in our mama village! She shows up with a smile on her face and her daughter has all the unicorns!!!! Margaret is one of the sweetest mamas I know that leads our mamas in our Strides 360 Out and backs running the whole thing!

Let’s hear from Margaret, “Hi I’m Margaret, I’m an avid runner and hiker who loves fit4mom because it forces me to exercise my whole body, not just my legs!😅 I love how sore I get after a good hard class! I also enjoy the welcoming environment and meeting other moms in the area. My favorite class is 360. Outside of fit4mom I’m a mom of her 2 year old daughter, and an opera singer, stand-up comedian, and voice coach.”

Our village loves these girls! Thank you for all of your support and I can’t wait to see you in class soon!!!

Hello mamas!!!! Starting next Thursday 4/11/24 FIT4MOM Alpine & Rancho San Diego will be collaborating with East San Diego Soccer Shots! Having Soccor for the kiddos and workouts for mamas at Hilton Head Park in Rancho San Diego.

FIT4MOM Alpine & Rancho San Diego will be holding workout from 9:45-10:45 for all mamas in every stage of motherhood rather your pregnant with your first baby or you are a mama of multiple kiddos!
