Join us on October 18th, 2024, at Cheval Farm for an unforgettable evening dedicated to making a difference in the lives of those in need.

Last year, we witnessed an amazing event, and this year, we are looking forward to creating even more magic together. Let's come together to dance for one medical need at a time and show our support for a noble cause.

It is with sadness that we confirm a tragic accident occurred early this morning involving four individuals in the vicinity of the Cattle Call arena. We have been in close contact with local law enforcement throughout the day. At this time, the identities of those involved have not been officially released. We will work to assist our students and staff through this trying time and will proactively employ a grief support team to aid those who may be in need of assistance. Our thoughts and prayers go out to the families and friends who may have been impacted by this tragedy.

As event coordinator, it's truly inspiring to have worked with such incredible wonderful people. Dancing for a Dream Foundation in the past 7 years has been able to assist 42 families with stipends for some of their transportation costs and provide food vouchers throughout their cancer treatment. Meeting so many wonderful people with beautiful hearts has been very rewarding aspect of my role. It's heartwarming to know that our Foundation has been able to extend support to these families during such challenging times. By providing stipends for transportation and food vouchers, you've not only alleviated some of the financial burdens they face but also demonstrated our commitment to their well-being.

This Foundation is dedicated to building long-term relationships and ensuring ongoing support for those it's helped in the past. The impact of our Foundation work goes beyond the immediate assistance by fostering a sense of community and solidarity.

To our past Board Members, Stars, Dance instructors, and volunteers, your dedication and compassion are truly commendable. The positive influence you've had on the lives of these families is immeasurable, and it's a testament to the power of collective effort and generosity. We bless 6 families with children fighting Cancer every year, with the help of a group of awesome people willing to give their time for 4 months. They practice hard for 16 weeks and put in over 40 hours of hard core dance practices. This team is called " The Dream Team ". Lord, I pray you bless this event and that everything is a success this year and for years to come, so we can continue to bless families from our very own community. Amen 🙏.

Today, the doctor says David Canez our Dancing for a Dream Board member's blood tests look normal. He has a few more heavy things to do for his treatment but once that is complete, he will be well on his way to living a cancer free life.

Thank you David for all the work you have done and continue to do for Dancing for a Dream. We love you and we pray that you continue to enjoy overall good health.

Today was our Ice Breaker event where the Dream Team 2023 gets to know each other better before our grand event! Thank you everyone for the hours you have put in to make sure this event is a success.
