Q: DO YOU PROVIDE THE LIGHTS?
A: We don't provide the lights, customers buy their own lights
Q:DOES THE PRICE INCLUDE REMOVAL?
A: No, the price is only for installation
Q:CAN YOU INSTALL THE LIGHTS WITH PLASTIC HOOKS?
A: Yes we can, just keep in mind that with hooks the light wire tends to sag a bit once expose to the sun.
Q:HOW CAN I GET AN ESTIMATE?
A: For estimates please send a picture of the house
Q:DO YOU INSTALL GARDEN LIGHTS OR ROPE LIGHTS?
A: Yes we do but that style of light has an additional installation fee.
Q:DO YOU DO REMOVAL?
A: Yes, we do removal. For removal you would have to book an appointment on the assigned days the second week of January.
Q:WHAT TYPE OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
A: Cash, zelle, venmo
Q:WHAT LIGHTS DO YOU RECOMMEND?
A: Any LED lights. They are energy efficient, bright, and will last you some years.
Q: DO YOU USE NAILS?
A: No we don't unless customers request them.
Q:DO YOU REMOVE OLD LIGHTS NOT INSTALLED BY YOU GUYS?
A: Yes, we do remove your old lights for a fee.
TO OUR CUSTOMERS::
WHEN YOU BOOK AN APPOINTMENT PLEASE LET US KNOW IF YOU WILL WANT THE FRONT, SIDES, FULL HOUSE, or IF THERES OLD LIGHTS THAT NEED TO BE REMOVED. ALL INFORMATION IS NEEDED WHEN BOOKING SINCE WE BOOK ACCORDINGLY TO WHAT WE WILL BE DOING AT THE HOUSES. PLEASE BE MINDFUL OF OUR LIGHT INSTALLERS AND OUR SECREATRY SOMETIMES UNEXPECTED ISSUES HAPPEN WHERE WE TAKE LONGER THAN EXPECTED IN A HOUSE AN WE RUN LATE TO OUR NEXT APPOINTMENT. KEEP IN MIND IF THERE IS STRONG WINDS WE WILL HAVE TO RESCHEDULE ESPECIALLY IF WORKING ON A TWO STORY HOUSE.
