JOB DESCRIPTION:

·Energetic, professional, dancing skills is a plus

·Candidate with flexible schedule, having alternative employment is fine as long as they can make themselves available during company events.

·Weight of the costume is 25 lbs. The costume is constructed for an optimal performer height of 5'8” to 6”, app. 180 lbs. Mascot will be wearing it during events guided by a company employee at all times.

·We are looking for someone who gets along well with people, especially with children.

Minimum Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
1. Related experience in a position with direct responsibility for solving complex problems in a timely manner, preferably in a customer billing or accounting environment
2. Analytical and mathematical skills with working knowledge of percentages, ratios, and mathematical formulas
3. Ability to learn procedures, policies, rules, and laws under which section’s work is performed
4. Proficient skills in the use of a personal computer including word-processing and spreadsheet applications
5. Effective verbal and written communication skills.
6. Ability to maintain effective working relationships with officers, managers, fellow employees, and the general public.
7. Ability to maintain a strong sense of propriety concerning confidential matters.

Main Job Tasks, Responsibilities
1. Balance daily and monthly updates of the system, verifying revenues from bills, final bills, adjustments, transfers, and refunds issued.
2. Report and initiate appropriate follow-up action to resolve and correct errors or unusual results in billing transactions, tasks, system updates, and/or reports.
3. Review daily reports to verify and correct system billing exceptions as needed. Review incoming requests for action, meter investigations, and other documents for completeness; then take appropriate action. Organize and prioritize work to meet standards and deadlines.
4. Become familiar with rate tariffs and rate structures.
5. Comply with all applicable Company policies, procedures, and code of ethics as well as all applicable governmental laws and regulations.
