Looking for team drivers ! Possible single driver positions. Our pay will now be based on % of the load. 27-30% based on teams qualifications. Rates are getting higher so driver pay should also reflect that. Loads will be live load and live unload servicing different customers. Teams will dictate when and what loads to take at what rate since they are based on % the their trucks revenue. 6,000 miles average team per week
7-9 days out average time out with 3 days home

production bonus based on monthly mileage averages
trucks governed at 70 mph

We average $1700-$2000 per week per driver. $2,000 bonus per driver to be paid after 90 days. Dedicated lanes are available to teams after they’ve been with us for a few months sometimes sooner. If the team does a reset out on the road a hotel is provided for a night. My goal as a fleet owner is for our drivers to be comfortable and be one of the best paying in El Paso without any games listing numbers that can’t be legally accomplished. Hablamos español!! We currently have a single driver position running to Arizona to Oklahoma back to Texas in a loop. Reset at home weekly. Let me know if anyone is interested. .50 per mile 2500-3,000 miles a week and 2,000 bonus after your 90 days still applies for this run.
