Let’s take some time to learn about our Hair Growth Cycle; anagen, catagen, telogen, and exogen and the benefits of a waxing routine!✨ Anagen Phase- also known as the growing stage. In this phase, the hair forms in the follicles, and grows in length and thickness. Catagen Phase- also known as the transitional stage. In this phase, the hair reaches the end of its lifespan and begins the process of falling out. Telogen Phase- also known as the resting stage. In this phase of hair growth, the club hair remains dormant and does not grow or undergo any changes in size. Exogen Phase- also known as the shedding stage. In this phase of hair growth, which is sometimes considered an extension of telogen stage, the club hair detaches. The hair cycle then begins anew as the follicles entered the anagen stage to grow new hair.
- Why do we wax? Waxing removes the hairs from the root. It’s less irritating than shaving. Definitely more convenient. With Waxing, your skin is smoother for longer! It eliminates any concern for nicks, cuts or razor burns. Your skin is exfoliated and in turn the texture of your skin improves dramatically!! Who doesn’t appreciate that?☺️💖
