This past weekend we had 3 teams of 4 participating in the "12 Hours of Old El Paso" Mtb Race. All 3 teams did amazing but one of our teams placed 2nd in the Coed 4 person Catagory. The Blackburn-Border Bicycle Team was awesome and made the Podium. Congratulations to the Blackburns (on the left) on an amazing Race!! Our other 2 teams, another Blackburn-Border Bicycle and the SIC Invite-Border Bicycle teams were amazing as well. Congrats to All.

Orange Seal??? Wth!! Exactly why we recommend Stans altho we do carry Orange!! 2 tires worth of dried sealant, appx 1lb, 1/4" thick in some areas. This was all around, not in one spot.

So today we want to acknowledge a group of Amazing Cyclists for completing the "Great Divide Mountain Bike Route. This is a 2700 mile ride from the Canadian-Montana Border, to the Souther Border of the U.S. in either Antelope Wells NM. or Columbus NM. Usually about 2 months of riding/camping with the occasional stay in a motel. What an awesome accomplishment.

We also would like to Congratulate Christofer Saenzpardo and Enrique Saenzpardo on Podium finishes in the H***y Toad Hustle Mtb Race in Las Cruces. Christopher with a 1st in his class and a 3rd overall and Enrique with a 2nd in class. Amazing job from our Intense-Border Bicycle Ambassadors. Border Bicycle sponsored riders having a great weekend of racing.

This past weekend our 2 Border Bicycle BMX racers went out to race in Gold Cup Championships. Mathew Scott in the Southwest Region and Liam Yanez in the South Central Region. Mathew Scott secured enough points in the series for an awesome 2nd Place in 14 inter class at Kingman AZ. Liam Yanez also did amazing and secured enough points for a 4th place in 11 inter and 5th place in Cruiser at Yukon Oklahoma. Both regions have riders from 8 states. A huge Congratulations to both boys. Next is the Grands in Tulsa Ok in November.

Christopher Saenzpardo one of our 2, Intense Cycles- Border Bicycle brand Ambassadors, just got in his new Intense Sniper XC Pro with all the newest Rockshox Sid Suspension and Sram AXS Eagle Transmission, and at a weight of only 25lbs. This past weekend, our 2 Border Bicycle BMX Team Racers participated in the Texas State Championship Race.
Liam Yanez (11 yr old intermediate) scored a 2nd in the State Race and accumulated enough wins and points to secure 2nd place in the Texas State Championship Series.
Mathew Scott (14 yr old intermediate) secured enough wins and points to secure 2nd in the Texas State Championship Series and also a 2nd in 14 year old cruiser class series. These 2 boys have been working hard all year long. Congratulations boys, we are so proud of you, all of your hard work payed off. Both Boys will be sporting their #2 number plates on their bikes, in any race in Texas next year.
