I recently engaged two girls in a conversation, I like those girls simply because they are pretty good at dancing. I have watched them in their rehearsals at the school field, even though at that time I wasn't known by them.
Yesterday I decided to meet them and introduced myself as one of their fans. Jokingly, I told them I'm jealous of them, because I don't have talent like they do, in the cause of saying this, one of my friends around, jumped in to say it's a lie, but I replied that all I have is just self confidence I do not have talent.
Then to my suprise, one of the girls caught in to say that confidence is actually a talent, that, not everyone possessed this confidence and some people struggle with it.
That hit me so hard, and I began to ponder over it and looking at how the world operates, it's even better for one to lack talent and have confidence, than to have talents and lack confidence. Though, everyone do have talent, probably you haven't just discovered it.
One with confidence without talent, might be bold to acquire skills, start business and will learn out of their mistakes but people with talents and lack confidence, if not worked on might never be bold to take a step in the first place, even before the world will get to acknowledge them.
I'm Isaac Daniel. Soil, Seed and Time is all we have in common.
She was always the one calling, texting and even chatting up on WhatsApp.
Each time she called him, it would take up to 3 missed calls before he would respond to the calls, and once he did, he would tell her that he was busy.
“I will call you back once I am done with what I am doing, you know my work is always demanding." He would always say.
And then, she would wait, like a groom waiting for his bride, hoping that he would call or at least send a text, but he never did.
And then, the next day, she would be the one to call again and try to express how she felt for being neglected and abandóned.
“You don't understand me at all. So, you can't even hold on for the one you claim to love, even when you know he is always busy?" He would always ask.
And then, she would feel guîlty, for being a partner who doesn't understand her love.
This continued for a while, and then, she wasn't taking it anymore. She was in a relationship, yet she appeared like a bèggar.
Always the one apologizing even when she ain't wrong, always the one calling, always the one texting, even when her messages get ignóred severally.
And then, one day, she woke up with a different kind of spirit. She told herself that she had had enough. So, she decided to take the bull by the horn.
It wasn't easy for her, but for the sake of her mental hèalth, she took the bold step.
So, she stópped calling, stópped texting and even stópped chatting.
She would come online, update her status, engage with friends and get busy with her purpose and pursuit.
At first, the guy felt she was just acting up.
“She will come back bègging, I know her, she can't live without me." He said to himself.
And then, he waited, for the day when she would come back to bèg and apologizè, for keeping silent on him.
Days turned into weeks, and weeks into months, yet she didn't show up with the apologies.
And then, one fateful day, he woke up to a shócking WhatsApp status.
It was a gallery of pre-wedding pictures posted on her status. His supposed partner would be getting married in a month time, to another man.
And for the first time, jèalousy welled up within him. He was so àngry that he couldn't wait for a minute before he put a call across to her.
“So, you have the gûts to chèat on me? After all we have been through together? You have the effontary to leave me for another man?" He asked her over the phone.
“Wait, you said after all we have been through together? Sorry to ask sir, you and who? So, all of a sudden, you are no longer busy at the office?
All of a sudden, you now have the time to call and ask questions? For the first time since we began our relationship?" She asked.
“But I loved you! I just didn't want to over show it. I just wanted you to be the one doing all of the calling, so you won't slîp off my hands." He explained.
And then, her fiance who has been listening to their conversation took the phone from her. “Baibe, allow me to handle this matter, please." He said to her.
And then, he spoke to the guy:
“So, you intentionally allowed my woman to sûffer? The lady that loved you with everything she had. She was willing to dîe for you.
You allowed her to go through hèll, because you felt you could ride her? Well, thank you for doing all of those things. I never would have met her if you had treated her right.
I hope to have you attend our wedding. I owe you a bottle of wine for gifting me an Angel." He smiled as he ended the call.
And then, he gazed upon his beautiful woman and said to her,
“I am sorry for all the things you passed though in his hands. You deserve the world, and I promise to create a heaven on earth in our marriage. I love you."
And they held hands and walked into their Pastor's office for their premarital counseling classes.
Love is a beautiful person ❣️
Don't trèat the one that loves you with dîsdain, you may never have the opportunity to love them right again.
You deserve someone who is willing to be with you, despite their busy schedules.
Your marriage will thrive 🌹🌹🌹

An Igbo lady gets shocked after she visits her uncompleted building in Abuja and finds out it was already occupied.
She was carrying the new born baby by the occupants with compassion and pity.
According to the lady, she was surprised to learn that her uncompleted building had been taken over by a Hausa family that couldn’t converse in English. The lady did not seem bothered by the new occupants’ actions and offered them N200k before leaving.
Hetty Green...the most stingy woman in history, her wealth is estimated at more than $2.3 billion. Hetty Greene was born in America in 1835. She was the only daughter of a wealthy businessman.
She inherited from her father a fortune estimated at $7.5 million. When she was twenty-one years old, she moved to live in New York to invest her money in Wall Street and was called the Wicked Witch of Wall Street.
She married a millionaire like herself, but still lived on leftover cakes and broken biscuits in grocery stores and argued to get a free bone for her dog every day!! Hetty Greene was a very miserable woman. She sewed underpants when she was 16 years old and did not change them or buy others until the day of her death.
She never spent a penny, so it was said that she never used hot water, that she wore a black dress that she did not change until it was completely worn out, and that she lived on eating a pie that cost only two cents.
Hetty caused her son to amputate his leg because when he broke it, she delayed treating it because she insisted not to She spent no money and kept looking for free medical attention.
Hetty Greene died in 1916 at the age of 81 in New York City, and was entered in the Guinness Book of World Records as the “most stingy person in the world.”
The cause of her death was a stroke due to a quarrel with her maid because the maid asked for an increase in her meager salary.
She died and left behind a huge fortune, and her children did not inherit her extreme stinginess, but rather they were generous to the point that her daughter built a free hospital with her money!! ☕️

Today, I want to remind us again, like I did three years ago, that no matter what you're going through, it will get better. Remember the story of Mr Spafford.
"It is Well with My Soul" was composed by Philip Paul Bliss, but it was the lyrics and life events of Horatio Gates Spafford that made the song such soothing music under challenging moments.
Horatio Gates Spafford was a successful attorney and real estate investor who lost much of his wealth to the Chicago fire in 1871. Within the same period, his four-year-old son died of scarlet fever.
Sometimes in life, events remind you that no matter how bad things are, they can get worse. That Chicago fire reminded me of the fire at Main Market Onitsha many years ago.
Many people woke up one Sunday morning to hear that the market was on fire. They rushed to see if they could salvage anything. This man, who ran a small bureau de change business from his one shop, opened his safe and was happy to see his Naira and hard currency notes well arranged and intact. He was happy. Only that when he touched the notes, they turned to ashes. The iron safe was heated several degrees, and the notes couldn't stand the heat.
He fainted. The Son of Nebu can still recall this man's tears and how he wanted to kill himself. But life moved on.
Back to Mr Spafford and "It is well with my soul"; after the business tragedy and death of his son, he decided to send his family on vacation to England as a way of healing. He sent his wife and four daughters ahead of him and planned to join them after taking care of pressing business engagements.
On November 22, 1873, the ship conveying his wife, daughters, and other travelers was struck by an iron sailing vessel. This accident killed 226 people, including all four daughters of Mr Spafford. His wife Anne survived, and on getting to England, she sent him a telegram, "Saved alone, what shall I do?"
That question was a heavy one. What could you have done if you were in his shoes or the shoes of his wife?
Many of us pass through tough and trying times in silence. Social media doesn't provide a good ground for us to share all these things because life, real life, happens outside here. The Son of Nebu hopes you win all your silent battles that you never talk about.
Mr Spafford immediately set sail for England to be with his wife. Nearing the spot where the tragedy happened not long ago, the captain called Mr Spafford and showed him the place where the accident that took his daughters happened.
This was the moment that changed everything!
Faced with this reality, he could've done a lot. He had a couple of options. Question God, jump into the sea, or blame life.
He thought deeply and brought out his notepad to write,
"When peace like a river, attendeth my way, when sorrows like sea billows roll. Whatever my lot, thou hast taught me to know...it is well, it is well with my soul."
Life is hard, and living in Nigeria makes it twice as much. I am not telling you to sing this song or smile through your pains. Far from it!
I only wish whatever it is you are going through, you come out strong, and may it not consume you.
Again, I say I hope you win all your silent battles that you never talk about.
May life be kind to us now and always.
Happy Sunday.
Till we get to the Promised Land, I shall be waiting for when you will pass me a glass of water and thank God for the gift of grace for the race.

In Nigeria, a career in banking is often seen as a prestigious and lucrative profession. However, an unexpected group has emerged as some of the nation's wealthiest - poultry farmers, particularly those raising layers (egg-laying hens).
While the average banker in Nigeria earns just over 100,000 naira per month, successful layer poultry farmers can earn hundreds of thousands of naira per day from selling eggs. This massive income disparity may come as a shock to many.
The Rise of the Poultry Tycoons
Nigeria has an enormous demand for eggs and poultry meat due to its large population. This high demand, combined with relatively low competition from industrial-scale farms, has allowed many smaller poultry entrepreneurs to thrive by raising layers.
A farmer with a modest flock of just 1,000 layer birds can collect around 800 eggs per day. At an average price of 110 naira per egg, that translates to daily revenue of 88,000 naira . Farmers with larger flocks can easily earn over 500,000 naira per day just from egg sales.
From Modest Means to Millionaire Status
Many of Nigeria's poultry tycoons started out from very modest means before building their egg empires through hard work and reinvesting their profits into expanding their farms. Stories abound of former civil servants, teachers, and even unemployed individuals becoming millionaires in just a few years thanks to the lucrative poultry business.
Still, the rise of Nigeria's egg tycoons serves as an inspiring story of entrepreneurship and possibility. In a nation where white-collar careers were once the ultimate aspiration, the humble chicken farmer has rewritten the script on building wealth.

I chased one Pharmacy Student girl from our 100 level until I left U.I. Her excuse in 100 level was "I was too young for her" even though I was clearly older than her. Instead of her to just say that I couldn't give her the type of maintenance she was looking for.
Her excuse in 200 level was that she was already dating a doctor. You know how those pharmacy/ Medicine students are with doctors na. Them think say the doctors go marry them. LMFAOOOOOO.
Her excuse in 300 level was that the Doctor boyfriend broke her heart and she was done with relationships. But Aunty, why am I being punished for the sins of another man?
In 400 level, she said I was already leaving school and there was no point because she still had a couple of years to spend in school. Secondly, that I was unemployed and I could not take care of her needs. She was now a woman yunno.
After I graduated, I tried one last time and this time she said “You have graduated from school but you haven’t graduated from chasing me after 4 years. Am I a Bachelor’s degree program? Move on, abeg”
Anyways, I moved to Lagos and I met a beautiful woman at an event in Sheraton and you would not believe she happened to be the elder sister of this same girl. Small world.
I was originally not interested in having any romantic relationship with the elder sister because she didn’t have the physical features I saw in her younger sister (If you know, you know) but we eventually started dating.
So one day my former crush was coming to Lagos and her elder sister asked me to accompany her to the bus park to pick her up.
My former crush almost fainted when her sister introduced me as her boyfriend as we were putting her bags in the trunk of my car. As her elder sister walked back to the park to carry one more bag, this girl pulled me to one corner.
“Theo" what are you doing with my elder sister?” I responded, “Master’s Degree Program, dear”...
😅😂😅
ANY MORAL LESSON FROM THIS STORY??
Bless my day by following for more.
I once interviewed a death row inmate. He was convicted for murder. He admitted he did it.
I asked him what it felt like knowing that you'd die on a particular day and he laughed.
He was like "Senior man, shey all of us go die one day? The only difference be say me like this I don know the day my own go be and how e go be. I don ready my mind say when that day reach I go go join my papa and the man wey I kill".
I felt a chill in my spine at the courage. According to him he did a business transaction with the deceased who was his friend worth about . He brought the idea and most of the capital. His deceased friend brought lesser capital and the technical know how.
When the money for the transaction was to be paid, his account had issues and he directed that the money be paid to his friend's account while he sorts his bank issues.
That was how the said friend blocked him and eloped with the money. After some years he tracked his friend to Enugu where he was living la Vida loca.
He got himself a gun and took laws into his hands. He was charged for murder and finally convicted and sentenced to death by hanging.
If you have a nack for back stabbing, be careful who you betray cos some people can go to the ends of the earth just to get their pound of flesh literally or figuratively...

Scientific Death of Jesus
For the next 60 seconds, set aside whatever you're doing and take this opportunity! Let's see if Satan can stop this.
At the age of 33, Jesus was condemned to death.
At the time, crucifixion was the "worst" death. Only the worst criminals were condemned to be crucified. Yet it was even more dreadful for Jesus. Unlike other criminals condemned to death by crucifixion, Jesus was to be nailed to the cross by His hands and feet.
Each nail was 6 to 8 inches long.
The nails were driven into His wrist, not into His palms as is commonly portrayed. There's a tendon in the wrist that extends to the shoulder. The Roman guards knew that when the nails were being hammered into the wrist, that tendon would tear and break, forcing Jesus to use His back muscles to support Himself so that He could breathe.
Both of His feet were nailed together. Thus He was forced to support Himself on the single nail that impaled His feet to the cross. Jesus could not support Himself with His legs because of the pain so He was forced to alternate between arching His back then using His legs just to continue to breathe. Imagine the struggle, the pain, the suffering, the courage.
Jesus endured this reality for over 3 hours.
Yes, over 3 hours! Can you imagine this kind of suffering? A few minutes before He died,
Jesus stopped bleeding. He was simply pouring water from his wounds.
From common images we see wounds to His hands and feet and even the spear wound to His side... But do we realize His wounds were actually made in his body. A hammer driving large nails through the wrist, the feet overlapped and an even larger nail hammered through the arches, then a Roman guard piercing His side with a spear. But before the nails and the spear, Jesus was whipped and beaten. The whipping was so severe that it tore the flesh from His body. The beating so horrific that His face was torn and his beard ripped from His face. The crown of thorns cut deeply into His scalp. Most men would not have survived this torture.
He had no more blood to bleed out, only water poured from His wounds. The human adult body contains about 3.5 liters (just less than a gallon) of blood.
Jesus poured all 3.5 liters of his blood; He had three nails hammered into His members; a crown of thorns on His head and, beyond that, a Roman soldier who stabbed a spear into His chest..
All these without mentioning the humiliation He suffered after carrying His own cross for almost 2 kilometers, while the crowd spat in his face and threw stones (the cross was almost 30 kg of weight, only for its higher part, where His hands were nailed).
Jesus had to endure this experience, to open the gates of Heaven, so that you can have free access to God.
So that your sins could be "washed" away. All of them, with no exception! Don't ignore this situation.
JESUS CHRIST DIED FOR YOU!
He died for you! It is easy to pass jokes or foolish photos by e-mail, but when it comes to God, sometimes you feel ashamed to forward to others because you are worried of what they may think about you.
God has plans for you, show all your friends what He experienced to save you. Now think about this! May God bless your life!
If you are not ashamed to do this, please, follow Jesus' instructions. He said (Matthew 10:32 & 33): "Everyone therefore who acknowledges me before others, I also will acknowledge
before My Father in heaven; but whosoever denies Me before others, I will deny before My Father in heaven."🙏
Billionaire Businessman, Obi Cubana Narrates Rare Story Of How His Wife Treated Him When He Was Very Pøør And Couldn't Feed The Family
In his words: “When my wife was carrying my younger son Zillion in her womb, she asked me to promise her a gift when she puts to birth.
2months after, Zillion came.
A month later when I was sure she could go out with the baby, I took her to a big phone shop.
She had asked me for a particular phone.
My mother inlaw went with us. I didn't know she was listening to our conversation with the dealer.
When she heard the price, her mood changed immediately. The front desk guys noticed it but couldn't ask why.
Standing right there, I took my mind back to years ago when this woman was with me in an uncompleted building.
One night being our first day of washing clothes for people, we had finished this set of dresses and the owner asked us to deliver that same night.
We had not eaten since morning because the little money we had, we used it for buying of soap and starch.
We waited and eventually went to the man's house at 9pm when he returned from work and handed the clothes to the wife.
She took it into their room.
1hour later, no one came out to see us. We waited and waited until the househelp finally came out and excitedly I felt she brought our money.
She approached me and said she wants to lock the door, they're going to bed.
My wife was pregnant, she had not eaten and her stomach was beginning to hurt.
We got up, walked out and left their compound. They never paid us till today. It's been a decade and yesterday evening I went to wash my car, lo and behold, the man who pleaded with me to park it in his own side so he could wash is the same man whom I washed dresses for and he refused to pay me till today.
He didn't even know me.
I only introduced myself when I paid him and was driving out. Never seen a human statue but I think I saw a human being stand like one yesterday.
That night he did that to us, my wife and I trekked a distance going back because we didn't have any money for byke.
Finally we saw one boy charging phones for people, my wife gave me her small Nokia phone for us to use and borrow money from that boy so we could eat.
The boy graciously gave us 1000naira and kept the phone. We never saw that phone again.
Back at the phone shop, I knew nothing could equal the price of her sacrifices. I brought out my card and gave them to pay for the phone.
Till we drove home, my mother inlaw didn't say a word in the car. She was worried that her daughter just wasted my money.
She called her into the room and started complaining bitterly and my wife told her a little story about us.
She couldn't hold back her tears and she came into my room to say thank you Inlaw.
When you have a wife that stood with you in your trying moments and she fought with you to conquer, the little you can do is appreciate her.
Show her you have not forgotten her love and sacrifices.
Several marriages hit the rocks during trying moments. If yours survived because your spouse had to stand with you, never take it for granted.”
Some day when you are free, fall in love with someone who wants you just the same way you want them...your kind of person.
Someone who is amazing as you are. A ten over ten because you are a ten too.
Someone who's ready to get better and better with you by his/her side.
Someone who says THANK YOU, I AM SORRY, I LOVE YOU without you forcing him/her to say it.
Someone who supports you, spiritually, financially, emotionally and physically.
Someone who wants forever just the same way you want it. Your forever ride.
Someone who wouldn't want you dèàd. Someone who who stress you until you are dràined. Someone who would rather live for you instead of dying for you.
Someone that understands you better than anyone in the whole world.
Someone, that person. That one person that you was made for.
Love is no scàm! Love is the greatest power out there. Love may be stupîd but with the right person, you won't even mind being stupîd for you.🫂🥂
I hope you find that person when you are ready. Until then, develop yourself!

His landlord sent him and his family packing because he could not renew his house rent.
He then applied for loan from the manager of the company he was working for, but the loan was not approved.
He contacted the influential man in his community, but could not find help. He then called his relatives on the phone , but no one helped him.
He went to Facebook and posted, seeking for help, but the only thing he got was: 2likes and 0 comments.
He became frustrated and sent 120 messages to friends on his contact list, asking them for support of N100,000. Unfortunately, only 10 people responded to the message. Six out of the 10 said they had nothing to give. Only one out of 4 people gave him N20,000, but the rest kept apologizing and eventually stopped picking his calls.
The landlord locked the house!
His family were thrown out and left at the front door of the house with their belongings.
He became more frustrated!
He went everywhere in search of help but could not find one until nightfall.
As he made more effort in the dark, looking for solution, a truck ran over him and killed him instantly.
The next day, news of his death spread everywhere.
His Facebook friends made 2220 posts on his wall, mourning his death and expressing their admiration for him.
The landlord immediately ran to open the door for his family to go in to receive mourners.
The influential man who earlier refused to help him, took some food items and groceries to the family to cook for the mourners.
Preparations for his burial began later and his friends, who formed a committee raised N1,200,000 through donations to feed sympathizers that will be coming from different places.
His co-workers also raised N300,000 to collect booths, chairs and other items.

In december of 2003, Joyce Vincent died of an apparent asthma attack in her north London flat. The television was left on. The mail continued to be delivered. Her rent was set up to be automatically deducted from her bank account. The days rolled by and no one noticed she was gone.
Those days turned into weeks and the weeks into months. There were large trash dumpsters on the side of the building next to her unit, so the neighbors never thought much of the smell emanating from her flat. The floor was full of noisy kids and teenagers and no one questioned the constant thrum of television noise in the background.
Eventually, Joyce’s bank account dried up. Her landlord sent her letters of collection. These letters, like the others, simply fell into the stacks scattered about her floor. They went unanswered. Finally, with more than six months of overdue rent, the landlord got a court order to forcibly remove her from the premises. The bailiffs broke down the door, and it was only then her body was discovered. By then, it was January, 2006, more than two years after she passed away.
In that time, nobody ever came looking for Joyce Vincent. No family. No friends. No co-workers. No neighbor knocked on the door to see if things were all right. Nobody called. Nobody checked in. She was 38-years-old when she died.
This story is jaw-dropping in its social implications. It feels unfathomable that entire years could go by with no one noticing a person has died. Yet, these sorts of stories happen frequently. Chances are you’ve seen a news story similar to the one about Joyce Vincent. And they are all the same.
Someone lives alone. They lose touch with family and friends. They never meet their neighbors. They stay shut in with their television or computer for years at a time. The world moves on as if they are no longer there until one day, they are no longer there.
