The first outreach mission of PCG - Houston in El Paso, Texas.

To all PCHS Members, Family and Friends in the El Paso area and the Neighboring communities: The PCHS Officers and The Philippine Consular Outreach Mission greatly appreciate everyone's support and participation in the recent event last April 15 and 16 . It was a great success! We were able to help more than 150 people in their various needs of the services of the consulate. They were able to save a lot of money by having that service brought to this community. Aside from E l Paso we were able to serve people from Las Cruces, Truth or Consequence, Albuquerque, Hobbs and some parts of Texas. We thank all the volunteers for a job well done! We also thank the key people who made it possible; Rodney Arruiza, John Lubas, and Dionicio Rivera.
