Dear customers, starting immediately we will no longer open on Tuesdays. Our new schedule is as follows:
Open Wednesday through Friday,
11am to 4pm. Saturday, 11am to 5pm. Thank you for your continued patronage. As always we promise to provide a quality product. We are still requesting facemasks be worn and social distance be followed.

Due to a family emergency our shop will be closing immediately for 7days, hoping to re-open Tuesday Jan. 11th. We will keep our customers up to date if additional time is needed. Thank you to all our customers for being caring and understanding.

Due to supply shortages we are unable to provide Jalapeño Cheddar and Cheddar Brat. Currently we are still able to make and have available the other types of sausages. We are hoping that no other shortages will occur. We will keep our customers posted on any and all shortages and once availability is possible. Thank you for your continued patronage.

Dear Customers, because of the latest and stricter Covid-19 precautions being set by the Federal, State and Local authorities we will be opening from 11am - 3pm, Tuesday - Saturday. We are doing our best to comply with the restrictions for the safety of all concerned.

We are asking if our customers prefer to call in orders to alleviate and minimize time spent in shop, it would be greatly appreciated. Come in give your name, pay and pick-up your order. Once again, thank you.

NORMAL HRS OF OPERATION – TUESDAY – SATURDAY FROM 11AM TO 5PM. CLOSED SUNDAY AND MONDAY

CLOSED FOR THANKSGIVING – NOV. 28th – NOV. 29RD (THURS/FRI)

CLOSED FOR CHRISTMAS – DEC. 25TH – DEC. 26TH (WED/THURS)

Special hrs for 4th of July, 2019. Will open from 9:30 - 2pm. Please have a safe 4th.
