We're putting the final touches on the plans for the renovation of a local Nissan dealership. This was a very exiting project for us. We got to collaborate with Turner & Townsend architects, an international firm with projects around the globe.

We are doing out best to get this project Advertised for bids on or before September 20th. The project is located in Presidio Texas.
Interested Bidders be on the lookout for newspaper adds.

Conceptual design for a dental office in Chaparral NM.
We wanted to propose a minimalistic design that combines native materials such as rock, metal, glass and a little bit of wood.
The challenge was to give this building a modern southwest feel.

We are doing digital sketches to get a feel for different ceiling designs. This is a fun and quick way to explore ideas.

I want to share the history of this project with our followers.

A storm sewer inlet was covered in one of the upper level properties, causing storm water to flow outside of its intended course (a concrete pipe).
Mother nature did what it does and during the rainy season, eroded a rock riprap intended to protect an earthen embankment and a portion of the ponding area.
The flushed sediment clogged the lower property SS inlet and now their parking lot floods when we get some rain.

So there you have it! In El Paso we also have to manage storm drainage or else it can damage property and generate financial losses.

CBD Dispensary - Preliminary Design.
For this projects we had to take into account the Certificate of occupancy, Furniture and Fixtures, Corporate Image, Generate foot traffic, Security and CCTV cameras and monitors, Communication Closets, HVAC and exhaust to meet or exceed code, Door Hardware and access controls, illumination and signage.

Success does not happen by accident you must make it hapen.
