Hard working, food knowledgeable person wanted to work fast paced food concession. Must be able to work outside and on your feet for hours. Food handlers card a plus but not required. Work would be Sat Aug 21- Mon Aug 23. Hours would be 7am-3pm ish. Cash tips paid out daily. Hourly paid at end of weekend.

Good evening... I want to send a HUGE thank you to all who have supported us over the last year. It’s with a very heavy heart that I have to say our restaurant location has not been able to survive COVID. However, our trailer is still around and available for caterings and look for us at upcoming local events.

Good morning to the first week of a new year. With that new year is bringing some changes to our hours. Beginning this week we will be closed on Wednesday and will open at 10am on Saturday and Sunday. Come see us soon!!!

It’s close to Turkey Day and while we all travel to our family, our smoker gets to travel too. Be assured same great food and same hours. Trailer will be back on Tuesday.

No fears!! The smoker trailer has been moved from our restaurant but hasn’t gone far and will be back soon. It has just moved to the Prescott Rodeo so come see us there!! Restaurant IS OPEN normal hours. Food will still be smoked in the same great fashion you are accustomed to. And trailer will be back July 6th.

Like to personally thank all that came out yesterday for our first of many car rally’s it was a huge success!!. It was a great turn out. Some beautiful cars showed up and the folks that brought them out a huge congrats on your rides, there all awesome. Pictured below is just some of what was here. What a awesome day when this showed up!!
Some of you may remember, some not. But a little over a year ago we at The Hitchin Post BBQ did a benifit for the Chino Valley PD K-9 unit to outfit their new cruiser with the K9 cage and other things. We raised over $8000 in one day thanks to the awesome folks of the area. Today, the K9 officer stopped by to show us the awesome unit. Brand spanking new. Just got it today. He came straight from the station to show us. So pleased to have been a big part of this new addition to the fleet. Good luck with it!!!
