Special Traffic Investigators need the community's help to locate two vehicles.
On December 16, 2023, Police investigated a crash around 7:30 pm on I-10 East near mile marker 18 (UTEP area). Police identified the SUV in the first photo as a vehicle of interest. This vehicle may have front-end damage and is believed to be a Jeep Laredo or a similar model. Police also want to locate the second vehicle as we believe this second vehicle may have witnessed the accident. Anyone with information is asked to contact the Police at the non-emergency number of 915-832-4400 or, to remain anonymous, call Crime Stoppers of El Paso at 915-566-8477(TIPS). Your tip can be the one that solves a crime.

📍 **Incident Location:** 3600 Block of East Yandell

🕒 **Time of Incident:** Around 3:40 AM

**Details:**
This morning, officers from the Central Regional Command responded to a report of a family fight at a residence on East Yandell. A 55-year-old male was found with stab wounds and was transported to the University Medical Center, where he later died from his injuries.

**Investigation Update:**
A 28-year-old male has been detained in connection with the incident. Our Crimes Against Persons detectives are currently investigating the circumstances of this homicide.

This is an ongoing investigation, and further updates will be provided as more information becomes available.

Today the El Paso Police Department met with a 51 year old man who lost his home due to hard times. This man and his four children need help with finding a place for their belongings before Monday.
