Our Story
We opened our doors 11 years ago with the idea that fine dining quality food should be an everyday thing, and that you shouldn’t have to get all dressed up to eat it.
Our chefs have created dishes evolving from 600 years of regional culinary history. We call it Chuco Cuisine or Cocina Chuqueña. Our menu tells the story of our land and offers up flavors that are unique to our border. We also feature local brews and a great selection of wine to pair up with your meal.
