Well when it’s this cold you definitely need a little something to warm you up. So we decided we needed to make some Deliciousness. This is our New Mexico Green Chile Potato and Mushroom Creamed Soup. Definitely will warm you up. Come see us infront of the EP Fitness on Montwood and Saul Kleinfeld. Will be here till 10pm.

While having an absolute magical dinner at I look up from my dinner to see an absolute idol of mine standing behind Lisa. Chef trying to get my attention to compliment my I was so start struck this is one of my culinary idols and I froze mouth open. Didn’t take a pic didn’t utter two words just absolutely star struck. Thank you for putting the cherry on top of a truly amazing meal. cheflife

We are so sorry but we will be unable to be open this weekend. Sorry for the late post but we were trying to get it figured out so we could atleast be open tonight but unfortunately we won’t be able too. About Last night. Always tasting and trying more and more foods to expand your mind of exciting and renewed flavors. The amazing flavors of the Fried Chicken with mashed potatoes with gravy and a perfect Biscuit was exactly what the doctor ordered right after a flight. Thank you for always creating a great culinary experience. We also enjoyed their Cesar Salad, soft Pretzels and Cheese and my favorite Deviled eggs.

In 2009 with one of my Construction Companies and our Real Estate Company we decided we needed to help more people and the more you help the more you see needs help. It makes me beyond happy that we continue to grow and help more and more. The Holidays are always tough we want to try and make it better and we hope to inspire others to get out and do what they can. Even if it’s to help one person that is tremendous. I want to see everyone helped during the holidays but also all year round. Our amazing Team at Golden Real Estate and Fat Dans Texas continued the tradition and we will do more and continue to grow. Everytime you go to a Restaurant, Hotel or a bar for your Xmas festivities, take a look and remember this picture. They do everything to make and serve you good food, and they sometimes only have 5 minutes to eat themselves. Be kind to chefs, bartenders and waiters guys and girls. It doesn't cost anything.

It is National Nacho Day. Did you know we make amazing Carne Asada Nachos. We fry our own chips per order, then when they come out of fryer we add shredded cheese to melt to the freshly made chips. During that time we are making fresh to order Carne Asada which spread over the chips with cheese and obviously we add more cheese this time our Queso and then our New Mexico Green Chile Sauce followed by our Mexican Crema and sautéed Jalapeños. You are definitely gonna want some of these today.

Tell me your a white boy from New Mexico without telling me…. Hold on I got this one. Green Chile grilled cheese on Texas Toast with a Red Chile Dipping Sauce. 🎤 Drop I win. So grilled cheese and tomato soup always a winner but this one just hits way better. We are playing around with some ideas for the winter months. Definitely will have our New Mexico Red Chile Posole and obviously we will have New Mexico Green Chile Stew. We already have our Vaso de Elote. Can’t tell you how excited I was to go watch my Brother and Burger Buddy literally smashing it amd making some absolute fire Smash Burgers. He is truly the smash burger guy and I love watching his passion towards his craft. So absolutely proud of him and excited to come back and eat some more of his deliciousness. Also let me shout out on a absolutely delicious Lemon Shandy Beer.

I couldn’t be more excited for our amazing friends at making the Top 50 Best Texas Barbecue joints. I mean was there ever a doubt? No there wasn’t. From the first bite of Brisket I ever ate from Richard I knew this was special. He truly shares his passion for Central Texas Style Barbecue and you can taste it in every bite of his delicious Brisket. I truly am so excited a win for them is a Win for El Paso. The amazing article Daniel wrote was spot on things are changing flavors and willingness to try and do more. The Flavors of El Paso and West Texas as well as the tried and true flavors of Texas Style Barbecue the possibilities are endless. So proud of and with their top 10 finish. They are truly doing some special things as well as . The future of Texas Barbecue is strong and this years top 50 shows that the future of Texas Barbecue is bright and full of deliciousness

Wow so I have been waiting to eat food. Let me tell you right now that their beautiful spin on Texas Barbecue with a Mexican flavor twist did not disappoint. The pork ribs are by far the best in El Paso. Cooked perfectly and the spice and sauce just sends them over the top. I tried a sampling of Tacos, Brisket, Pork Belly and Barbacoa all three were fire. Definitely excited to watch them grow and expand their menu. You definitely will love their team friendly and passionate about the food they are creating.

You kept asking so we got you covered. We now have vaso de elotes. We are really excited about this and tonight we sold a bunch of these and we had lots of taste testing. So this will be something we will keep for everyone that doesn’t feel like a burger and wants something a little “lighter” I have been told I am a little heavy handed with the butter lol. Enjoying a lazy Sunday morning. So today I made myself a super delicious Green Chile Peppered Bacon Gravy over a soft amazing oat bread and sprinkled with Crispy thick cut peppered bacon.
