To get an assault conviction, the prosecutor must prove each of 6 these elements beyond a reasonable doubt: 1) you threatened to inflict physical harm on another person; 2) you intended to frighten the person; 3) you had the apparent ability to carry out the treat; 4) the threat included an overt act; 5) the threat made the person fear immediate harm; (6) the fear was reasonable.

Open container laws limit the possession and consumption of alcohol on public streets, sidewalks and other public spaces.
