On the night of April 12, two suspects burglarized a vehicle at the Casa de Luna Apartments on the 3300 block of Lincoln Ave. The suspects stole important documents along with several credit and debit cards.

A smoke shop in Central El Paso was burglarized by at least two men. Crime Stoppers of El Paso and the El Paso Police Department ask for help identifying these burglars through the โCrime of The Week.โ
On Sunday, February 4, at 1:53 A.M., two men broke a window to the front door of the Montana Smoke Shop at 4323 Montana and went inside. The men caused approximately $1,600 in damage to the business and stole at least one V**e pen valued at under $100.00.
The two men were wearing hooded jackets and face masks. They fled the scene in a 2000 to 2005 model, dark-colored Chevrolet Impala.
The vehicle was occupied by two additional individuals, who were seen by witnesses fleeing from the scene westbound on Montana.

Detectives from El Paso Police are searching for a woman who left a cat in a box at the Vista Hills Animal Hospital at 1426 Lomaland on the morning of April 16, between 8:17 and 8:19 a.m. The car she was driving had distinctive stickers on the left rear windows.

Today, the organization officially unveiled the Crime Stoppers of El Paso Community Hub. This dedicated space will serve as a focal point to educate the community about our anonymous crime reporting platform. The Hub will also host safety presentations delivered by our valued partners in law enforcement and non-governmental organizations.
The El Paso Citizen Police Academy Alumni Association has been a partner in this effort and assisted the CSEP with renovation of this community space. Bassett Mall has been an invaluable partner in this initiative with donating the use of this space to CSEP.

A couple has burglarized several businesses across the city. Crime Stoppers of El Paso and the El Paso Police Department ask for help identifying this couple through the โCrime of The Week.โ
On Thursday, March 7th, at 4:39 A.M., a couple burglarized at least three different businesses along the 6800 and 6900 block of Gateway East. The businesses burglarized included 5.11 Tactical, Movil, and Sports Xplosion. In these three burglaries, the couple broke the front glass door to the businesses and went inside. The couple searched for cash and stole merchandise. They are also believed to be involved in a burglary that took place on February 9th at the C&M Tires at 8900 Viscount and other similar burglaries. The suspects wear hooded sweatshirts and gloves.

On March 7, between 11:40 and 11:43 p.m., at the Southwestern Home Products located at 5529 E. Paisano, a black pickup truck pulled out the side security fencing to the business. Right after, the truck backed into the business lot and hooked up a 2009 red flatbed utility trailer with New Mexico license plates. A suspect was seen walking to the truck wearing a black hoodie, white t-shirt underneath, and dark pants.

On the night of March 14, from midnight until 1 a.m., a group of individuals gained access to the construction site of the Children's Museum at 201 W. Main. The subjects were caught on camera skating on the property, resulting in damages to a concrete bench.

On the night of March 5, between 12:35 and 12:45 a.m., surveillance video captured the burglary of several vehicles at the Extended Stay America Hotel at 3610 Joe Battle. The two subjects stole military personnel equipment, which included vests and a tan helmet. As a friendly reminder, please secure your items in your vehicle and ensure the doors are properly locked.

Two men are involved in the stabbing at a Westside bar that left a man seriously wounded. Crime Stoppers of El Paso and the El Paso Police Department ask for help identifying these violent men through the โCrime of The Week.โ
On Tuesday, March 5, at 9:30 P.M., the suspect walked into the Big Louโs Icehouse at 7128 N. Mesa with another man. The suspect became involved in an argument with the victim inside the bar. Moments later, the suspect approached the victim and stabbed him multiple times. The suspect and his companion fled the scene and were seen by witnesses in a Chevrolet pickup truck.
The suspect who stabbed the victim has a heavy build and a beard. He wore a checkered shirt with a white undershirt, blue jeans, and black athletic shoes with white stripes. The companion is Hispanic and has an average to thin build. He wore a gray hooded sweatshirt and dark-colored pants. The victim was seriously wounded in this incident.

El Paso Police is looking for two individuals involved in a car burglary.
On February 26, at approximately 7:20 p.m., at the McDonald's at 7392 Alameda, two suspects burglarized an unlocked black Dodge Charger in the restaurant's parking lot. The pair made off with several items including Nike Air Force Shoes and a laptop computer. The suspects approached the vehicle from the area of the Valle Bajo Community Center & Library.

El Paso Police are searching for a man who abandoned a dog in the parking lot of a Westside Store.
On the morning of December 30, 2023, between 10:37 and 10:44 a.m., surveillance video captured a white SUV driving into the Walmart parking lot located at 7555 North Mesa, parking near the Bank of America ATM drive-thru.
An unknown man exited the vehicle carrying a small black dog similar to a pug. He then approached a nearby dumpster where he abandoned the dog.
Witnesses described the subject as a tall, thin white male with gray hair. Bystanders recovered the dog and placed him with a local animal rescue.

In the early hours of March 16, 2024, around 2 a.m., an altercation occurred in the parking lot of Rock City Bar & Grill at 2285 Trawood.
The situation escalated when gunfire erupted, leading to the death of one individual and causing injuries to several others.
El Paso Police urges the community to share any information, photos, or videos related to the incident.

On Thursday, March 7, at approximately 2:00 A.M., a man armed with a handgun walked into the Blazing Sweepstakes at 7215 Alameda. The man threatened the cashier and demanded money from the business. The armed suspect also stole two cell phones that were on the employeeโs desk. The suspect was wearing a facemask, a dark-colored hooded sweatshirt, dark pants, and tan shoes or work boots. The handgun was described as a dark-colored revolver. The suspect fled the scene with an undisclosed amount of cash towards the rear of the business. He was seen walking towards the business from Polo Inn.

On Friday, February 9 at 5:47 A.M., a couple exits a small pickup truck and they walk towards the C&M Tires business at 8900 Viscount. They broke a window and forced their way inside of the business. After ransacking items inside they located a small amount of cash. Each of them grabbed two Ironman GEN3 tires and left the business. The total value of the tires was $560.00. Both suspects were wearing hooded sweatshirts and believed to be using gloves. Investigators know someone has information on the identity of this burglarizing couple.

On Sunday, February 25, at 2 P.M., a group of car clubs was having a cookout at Lincoln Park at 4001 Durazno. A group of teens at the park became involved in an argument. One of the teens fired a handgun multiple times, wounding a 47-year-old man who was a bystander. The shooter is a Hispanic male, 16 to 19 years of age, and was wearing a camouflaged color jacket. According to witnesses, the teen gunman was with at least three other teens, and they ran toward Roosevelt St.

On Tuesday, February 6, at 2:17 P.M., two men were stabbed at the 900 block of N. Florence. Both victims were taken to the hospital and ultimately survived the attack. Detectives found security video that recorded a man that is believed to have been involved in the stabbing. The man is White or Hispanic, in his mid-30โs to early 40โs, has short hair and a beard. He wore a tan baseball cap, a gray t-shirt with the Adidas logo on the front, a dark jacket, dark pants, and dark shoes. Investigators are certain that someone knows the identity of this man.

El Paso Police are seeking assistance in identifying a woman who attacked a man in Central El Paso.
On the night of December 23, 2023, around 12:08 AM, a woman flagged down a car as it arrived at a relative's home in the 5100 block of Timberwolf. As the woman approached the vehicle, the passenger mistook her for a family member and lowered the window. The woman began to argue with the passenger, ending with her striking the victim on the side of the jaw before fleeing in a black Ford Explorer.
