🚨 Some of my believe that under eating is a healthy way to diet and lose weight ☹️
In reality, although there are many reason why you should not carry that belief I will share three main points.
#1: Deficiencies & Health Complications
- Under eating can lead to nutrient deficiencies which can cause various problems.
- Low calorie diets may put individuals at risk for developing anemia or other chronic diseases due to lack of essential vitamins and minerals.
#2: Increased Risk of Muscle Loss
- Not consuming enough calories leads to muscle loss which negatively affects physical performance and strength training goals.
- People who under eat do not have sufficient energy stores in their bodies, leading to fatigue and decreased motivation during exercise.
#3: Poor Mental Health & Eating Disorders
- Underrating can trigger anxiety, depression.

Adding squats to your workouts can help boost your exercise performance, decrease your risk of injury, and keep you moving more easily throughout the day. But these are just a few of the benefits.
If your just starting out make sure you can do 3x12 bodyweight before you progress to adding weight. Be patient don’t rush progress. Trust me when I say if you build properly you’ll be a beast a lot faster without injuries than when you rush and try to add weight. It’s like running before we learn to walk 😉.

I had a rough ending in 2021 and start to 2022. However will say the rollercoaster 🎢 is almost at the end 😷🙏🏼 feeing more normal.
I cannot stress it enough how our HEALTH IS EVERYTHING…
