Today was a mid week pool party. All three of our kids and their kids plus a few more.

Thursdays are beach delivery days. We try to hit the beach for a while after deliveries but sometimes it's there and back.

Back in March, I won a prize from Angie Ates Clark, owner of OBX Wellness Studio . It must have been the kick I needed because I quit the diet soda.
