At Stumms Hardwood Floors and More the Customer Service Rep is responsible for supporting the store in the daily sales, operations and maintenance of the store. This person focuses on helping the team achieve or exceed goals by: Helping customers make the best selection for their homes, ensuring overall customer satisfaction, Assisting with maintenance of the warehouse and other duties as assigned.

At Stumms Hardwood Floors and More the Design Coordinator/Customer Service Rep is responsible for assisting the customers with their flooring and tile projects and seeing the project through from start to finish. This person will be working with the rest of the Stumm's team to achieve and exceed the customers expectations. This person must have great written and verbal communication skills, an eye for and preferable experience with interior design and good measuring and math skills.

Other requirements:
- Must be reliable and able to work Monday-Friday
- Must have a valid drivers license
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Experience with Quickbooks
