He didn’t have to add any seasoning, he said it was perfect just the way it was. Hearing that from someone who usually adjusts the flavor is such a huge compliment!

Especially with our Vietnamese beef noodle soup broth, cooked for over 12+ hours. Grateful for moments like these and for friends who appreciate good food as much as I do. 😋
