Did you know that eggplants originated in India and China and that they were introduced to Southern and Eastern Europe by the Spanish and The Moors? Today we are making one of my favorite pastas as one of our dinner specials with eggplants from Bella Vida farms in Elk Grove and tomatoes from Cliff's Garden that were just harvested and are incredibly delicious. This dinner special is a tribute to our cultural diversity month celebrations in our city as well as tribute to our incredible local farmers. It is a beautiful Friday in the neighborhood, the perfect weather to enjoy a concert in the park with pizza and wine from our kitchen. We are under 5 minutes walk to the Laguna Town Hall where free summer concerts are held every Friday during the month of August. If you have not check this amazing community event, perhaps tonight is the day. We are getting closer to the end of this special 26th anniversary month for Todo Un Poco and we want to end the month in style. Today, we are making a family pasta that serves 4 to 6 for $26. We are making our pasta ala Isabela, a classic Pomodoro sauce and chicken, simply delish and we have a great bottle of Riesling from Columbia Valley For $26 and Couple bottles of Bordeaux for $26 that are on special today. We look forward to see you for dinner. This is a great value dinner special.

For the server position, experience in a casual family restaurant is required of at least two years of serving. Our Busser position requires basic knowledge of supporting the service personal during dinner service. All positions are part time. For the back of our kitchen, we are looking to growth our team.
