Hot water recirculation system.
Ran 1/4" line from the sink to the water heater inlet (on a timer), so always hot @ the tap.
Put on a timer
Easier to run a 1/4" line than a 1/2".
Let's see how she worx

Now there's some fun.
Not really, way dirty!
But I bet it'll be great this winter & hopefully make a difference with summer.
Took down the corplast, installed foam board (as these areas tend to get wet), & installed R-19 above the foam board), also installed extra fasteners in the cross-members, I can hardly believe they only do the perimeter.

New hidey hole
So she can put microwave operation documents & other small stuff.
I figure to put Velcro behind the top as a latch & a white cup hook for a handle, maybe she will hang a towel on it.
Had to have this gap because the microwave door hinge swings that way & would hit the sidewalk. Actually had the original microwave fit ok, but upgraded to this microwave, convection oven, air fryer and the door swung into the side of the pantry.

I Had to rebuild/ shrink the spice cabinet on the right (spice slide out is in the condo currently), and move the microwave to the right this 1.25" or so leaving the big black gap till I finally made up a way to "cleanup the look" & finished with this hidden shelf.

As you can see, there's a Solar charge port on the front bay.
I've looked & been unsuccessful @ finding a connector to fit this. (Seems like solar has 2 connectors, not 3), but hey, how about convert this to an SAE connection so I can run the compressor? Got a 10' extension, & of course some compressor hose, definitely be able to hit the tires if needed & can blow out the pipes for winter. I don't like the idea of the RV antifreeze in drinking pipes. Seen too many un-winterized rigs with pink water in some of the piping. Lol
I will put an adapter in the truck to have it easy to connect also. Specifically for the air bag suspension. Still waiting on parts.

Made a "garden hose hanger" out of an old bucket. Probably last longer than the original one that had disintegrated. ut from the bottom 9" & 4.5", then just put back inside, put some duct tape to hold it from sliding & make it sturdier.

Heat & Air conditioner always seem late?
By the time they kick on &/or off it's already too cold or hot.
Our thermostat in 2008 Grand Design Reflection is above the stairs, outside the bathroom on the way to the bedroom. Frequently it's really cold by the time the heater kicks on & a bit too warm by the time it shuts off. Also in summer, too hot by the time the Air conditioner kicks on, & too cold by the time it turns off.
I'm thinking thermostat placement is the issue. I've seen newer/ different units with the thermostat @ the coffee bar across from the door, but I'm not really sure I want the temperature swing everytime we open the door.
Also, no fun to move it there. Sure I could pull the barn wood & figure something out, but I figure there's no guarantee that will solve the issue!
How about we get more air to flow past the thermostat??!
Makes you think they aughtta make them that way. Be much more accurate & responsive. Surely someone makes one like that, maybe for commercial property?
Looked @ installing a Honeywell home thermostat, of course the wiring configuration doesn't work with this system. (Need more research I suppose).
Anyhow, I found a small printer fan, put it behind the thermostat, opened a hole so it could breathe & wired (with the extra thermostat wires) a remote LED switch for power.
Idea being that we can turn it on, turn down to 25% (we don't need much airflow), and have the HVAC more responsive to the unit temperature.

Be better if I could duct it from the recliner or bedroom depending on the time of day, lol, but hey maybe we'll just try this first.
LOL

Another idea is to connect a manual bypass fan switch for the furnace, so that if you are using electric heat, it'll circulate house air through the basement like the furnace was running. Minimize freezing pipes. We did that in our old 1998 TS-Express (miss that old fella, well built unit)! Shout out to Phil & Berta for taking care of it before getting it to us.

Also, notice how the cowling on the Air con vent is installed. You'd think this is wrong, but it makes it quieter (See the instructions). It was in backwards when we got this unit.

Ever wondered what's inside a Go Power 2000 inverter?

As this one doesn't perform correctly (doesn't add power, disconnects the input & takes over & won't shut off until the batteries are flat).
& Of course the annoying deal where if power is supplied to it (everytime ya connect AC to input, the remote lights up & tries to charge so you manually have to turn off the charger and go out to the inverter to visually see the LED flash (means the inverter is off/ in standby) or not blinking, means it's on automatic mode/ active). They sure wouldn't want to indicate that from the remote panel LOL.

* Yes, I've asked, but never heard back from tech support. That being said I'm the second owner.
So, I figured I'd see if anything burned inside/ obvious issues (none seen).

Note:
I did electronics in the Navy & this is just for info. By viewing these pics you consent that I don't take any responsibility if ya get zapped or anything else!!

Nina got the cork install on pantry door.
Really brightens the place up.

Moved the (air fryer, convection, ...) microwave to the right so the door would open all the way. Also, wired the refrigerator vent screens with wire instead of plastic zip strips (that were failing).
