Hello my wonderful and highly appreciated followers! I want to share and describe a dish that might be new to some of you,.but not totally strange because you love our Birria Tacos.This is our BIRRIA MEAT WITH CONSOME. We put chunks of Birria meat, beef or chicken, in the consomé, with Mexican rice, topped with onions, cilantro, and a side of chips. It's a full meal. The chips will be on the side for you to enjoy as you please... Undescribable flavors come together when you put those Tortilla chips in the consomé that is unbelievable. I've had this myself for a while, but people are asking to make it available to everyone, so I hope it's something you enjoy.

Hello everyone. It's that time of the year again, where I have the Customer Appreciation Day to express in a tangible way my appreciation to all of you, our loyal customers. Our HoCo community it's always been like a family to us so want to announce an unfortunate incident that happened to us tonight, so all other small businesses can watch out for themselves. A guy came to my truck right at clossing and robbed us at gunpoint, took all the money and car keys and took off (we're ok) HoCo police was wonderful and quickly responded but unfortunately the thief was not found. So all you small business out there, I know how tough things are to earn a living now with everything so expensive, be vigilant and take care of yourselves. Thank you all.
