Today, we take a moment to reflect on the many lives lost on the fateful day of September 11, 2001. We honor their memory today and always.

We are thrilled to welcome back Joe Ferdinando as Managing Partner of the PuroClean of Elkton Team. Joe previously served on our team from 2014-2019. He was an essential part of the launch of PuroClean in our community and led the team during its first three years. After returning to his career roots in the HVAC/Plumbing industry for 2.5 years, Joe decided to rejoin PuroClean due to his desire to invest in and serve his local community. He brings a wealth of industry knowledge, a heart for others, tinkering skills, and tenacity to PuroClean. Joe is an integral part of our mission to partner for a better community. Please help us welcome him back to PuroClean of Elkton!

PuroClean’s team is growing!

We are looking for full-time or part-time team members to keep our facilities squeaky clean and to help out in the contents department cleaning and packing.

The hours are flexible, and we have a small team full of amazing people to work with!

Responsibilities would include:

- Cleaning household items belonging to customers
- Packing and caring for them as your own
- Maintaining a tidy workspace
- Maintaining the business center and PuroClean offices
- Being efficient, task oriented and a team player

The following are the primary Roles and Responsibilities of a PuroClean® Office Administrative Assistant.

1. Customer Satisfaction
a. Handle customer needs and concerns, as appropriate.
b. Notify office manager of customer needs and concerns, as necessary.
2. Phones/Job Scheduling
a. Answer phones, provide customer service, and maintain phone message documentation.
b. Coordinate job scheduling.
c. Manage Work-in-Progress (WIP).
3. Job File Management
a. Complete First Notice of Loss (FNOL) documentation.
b. Prepare job paperwork for crew/estimator.
c. Enter estimates.
d. Maintain all the job file documentation.
e. Maintain job file communications.
f. Confirm subcontractor activity.
g. Complete job file documentation.
4. Job File Audit Process
a. Validate job files prior to uploads.
b. Upload correct and accurate job file documentation as per required time stamps.
c. Complete the self-audit of required job files using the self-audit tool.
d. Correct any rejected job files.
5. Operations
a. Complete daily/weekly reports and turn in on time to Manager.
b. Maintain file system.
c. Maintain company calendar/schedule.
d. Maintain incoming and outgoing mail, e-mail, and faxes.
e. Review and route bulletins.
6. Professional and Personal Development
a. Continue professional development of PuroClean® specific skills and expertise: office procedures and processes.
7. Safety and Risk Management
a. Attend safety training.
b. Understand and follow safety and risk management guidelines in the office and while traveling.
8. Other Duties as Assigned
a. Take ownership of Roles and Responsibilities and handle recurring and unique tasks, as necessary.
