So I've been on quite the health journey the past few years. I have tried to educate and learn new things to about all the different ways to heal. Healing the body in natural ways is something I'd say I'm passionate about as it has in the past and continues to play such a huge role in my life. So because of those things I decided that I want to share some of the things I have used and tried along the way, in hopes of helping others if possible.

In the coming weeks I will be offering 30 minute stretch sessions as well for both upper and lower body! Passive stretching can be a great way to decrease pain and increase mobility! As adults we totally forget that stretching is such an important thing and not just good for people who exercise. Not to mention we always seem to be busy! Often neglecting our health. Stretching can be a small part of your day that will absolutely make a difference not only physically but mentally as well!!!

TGIF! I just wanted to take a minute to reintroduce myself to new followers. My name is Kelly and Im a born and raised Florida native and have lived here in Ga for going on 4 years now. I have been practicing massage therapy since 2005 where I graduated with an award for Outstanding Clinician being one of the most requested therapists in my class. I have worked in many different environments from spas and resorts to chiropractic offices, gyms, drug and alcohol rehab centers, as well as private out calls. I've worked closely with car accident victims, athletes, and clients of all ages and backgrounds. I also have a background as a stretch therapist.
I have a passion for what I do, and for helping people achieve their health and wellness goals. I enjoy perusing new knowledge and skills to provide the best treatments possible.
