Hey my EC family - Just want you to know that our last few weeks at EC I disinfected Harris Cafe everyday, all day long with a heavy duty disinfectant cleaner. Just want to give you a peace of mind. You all are constantly on my mind. Hope all is well with everyone and we will see each other when we return!!!!! - Love, Sandy

If you do this every day it will most likely ward off the virus:

Cut up 3 slices of lemon (half a lemon) and put it in hot water or hot tea.

Drink it.

Every single day.

The alkaline will kill the virus.

Plus navage for those that have one.

Here's the mechanics of staying healthy. When you first arrive home walk to the kitchen sink and wash your hands. Go back and wipe the door k**b with a wet wipe. Now you can safely touch your face and be safe in your house. Do it every time. While you are out do not touch your face. If you do this you will rarely get any flu.
