It is with great sadness that we share that one of our students, Alicia Golden, has passed away.

Mrs. Keener has sent an email to the parents/guardians of FHS students. Included in this email was the information that our counseling staff will be available at FHS on Thursday, August 15th, from 8:00 am - 12:00 pm, if students, staff, or community members wish to talk with someone for support during this difficult time.

We send our deepest condolences to Alicia's family. Please keep them in your thoughts.

Lorain Schools offering driver's education during school hours After a more than 30 year hiatus from when the last in-school driver's education programs were required in Ohio schools, Lorain High will offer the classes starting this fall as a half-credit elective.
