1. Wake up at sunrise & say gratitude.

create space in your mental and emotional body so you can be focused and clear.
 
3. Drink a glass of warm lemon water.
begin your day with fresh vitality.
 
4. Meditate & move.
As a single mom, I know sometimes a busy woman only has a short amount of time for morning routine This will help prepare your mind and body for whatever comes ahead as CEO of your heart-centered business.
 
5. Eat nourishing, organic food.
As much as possible, choosing nutrient-rich, organic foods will give your body clean energy and reduce toxic overloads.
 
6. Focus & recite your Manifestation List daily.
Find a time in your day (ideally in the morning) to check in with your Manifestation List – the list of things you are creating and calling into your life.
 
7. Check your to-do list and prioritize in advance.
Choose the things you need to do before 10am (or even, the night before). Starting your day with a clear task list and schedule will help you to feel held by the masculine!
 
8. Connect with nature and the elements.
Modern leadership and business can sometimes have us consumed in screens and technology. Going outdoors and connecting with nature reminds us of our more ancient essences and wisdom.

Many years ago I lived in NYC and worked in a high-end soap company for 5 years, doing high-level work to help grow and increase sales.

I opened 12 locations and trained hundreds of incredible humans on how to sell soaps and serve from the heart. ❤️

Clients used to receive a transformative experience from me while buying hand-made soaps.

I poured my soul and all my energy into this company. In the short-term, it did bring me financial prosperity, lots of experience and stability. In the long term it caused me stress and health issues.

When the soap company was sold for millions of dollars, I was left with no piece of that pie. I had no personal investment, no percentage.

You can imagine how this rocked me when I realized that all that time I could have been creating my own sovereign, heart-centered legacy.

It got to a point where I knew I needed to make big changes, not just physically but mentally, energetically & spiritually.

On a deep level I needed to heal my confidence and self-worth so that I could FULLY EXPRESS myself and share my gifts.

You need to remember You ARE powerful. You DO have medicine to share and your voice is the channel to offer your gifts to the world.
