Healing Integration
I believe in the power of resiliency and that by listening to our body's innate wisdom, great intrapersonal and interpersonal healing is possible.
I come from a background in creativity, Somatic Experiencing, eco-therapy and expressive art therapy.
It never ceases to amaze me how the most simple, natural things in life are the most profound and beautiful. This is what working with the nervous system is like. Slowing down with a compassionate, trustworthy human to hold space as you rediscover what you’ve always known.
What wisdom is your body sharing with you? In person and remote Somatic Experiencing sessions available.
Excited to share I’m officially back in the office! 💖🥳🤲🏼
It feels so good to be working with nervous systems again. I’ll be offering sessions in person and remote. Check out my website or DM me if you’d like to get on my waiting list. If you’ve reached out and haven’t heard from me please feel free to ping me again.
I’m looking forward to a rich year with you! In addition to 1 on 1 sessions, I will be offering a series of live classes, a somatic support mamas group, assisting several trainings, and supporting students in their learning process of this work. Spread the word and let’s keep in touch. 💌
Thank you so much to everyone for your patience and understanding as I took some time to become a mama to my daughter Wren and soak in the early postpartum months. I feel truly honored to work with each and every one of you! Thank you for trusting me and partnering with me in your healing journey.
Popping on here to share some exciting news and photo updates 😍
My daughter is here! I gave birth to Wren Eris Mangham on August 16 at 1:19 pm. It’s amazing how we often don’t know exactly what to expect but life still has a wondrous way of supporting us.
What an experience! It’s been almost 2 months and I’m still integrating and letting it all settle within my system. My family is enjoying this time of rest and respite as we navigate the new beginning of life together! Moving as slowly as we can and taking all the time we need to heal.
It was a long, challenging 2 1/2 year wait to welcome in my baby but she was worth it. Wren is growing before our eyes. She loves the water, watching everyone and everything around her, is a great sleeper, and melts our hearts with her smiles and laughter.
I’ll be returning to my office January 8 and can’t *wait* to see my clients. Upon my return I will have limited availability with priority going to my recent clients. My waiting list is now open for new clients. If you’re interested in working together, please send me an email and I’ll add you to my waiting list.
Sending you all love and hugs! As much as I’m savoring every moment I miss my Instagram community. Can’t wait to connect more soon!

Beautiful article on two dear friends Jayd and Jazmyn. Inspiring reminder to follow what we are drawn to and take time to connect with the natural world. What nourishing activities are you doing this weekend?

The Art of Gardening: Jayd and Jazmyn — margarita schwiebert Robin Wall Kimmerer, in her masterful work, Braiding Sweetgrass , presents a compelling challenge for our modern society. She implores us to reconnect with indigenous knowledge and restore our sacred relationships with the land we inhabit. The urgency of her message is fueled by what philosophers
Wonderful article outlining the intersectional findings of how trauma affects us throughout our life 🩷 working with an attuned practitioner or therapist can help!
UCSF study shows long-lasting impact of trauma Ailments later in life could be linked to childhood.
As we transition into the height of summer and month of August, I will be moving into the birthing portal and taking a break from social media. 🌀
I love the connections here and will miss seeing and hearing from you! This is my first time giving birth and it’s a new, unknown experience for me. I trust my body’s wisdom to guide me through and using this as an opportunity to “practice what I preach” by turning my focus internally towards my expanding family, home, and nourishing my heart, body and baby on the way. 🤲🏼
I will be back! I have two classes available for purchase in my link tree. They’re both wonderful and thoughtful resources I’m excited to offer. 💗
In the interim I would love to open the comments to any messages of support or words of wisdom you feel inspired to share. I’m so grateful to work with a large community of women and know how powerful we are! 🦋
I’d love to hear words of encouragement, what went well for you and what you’re grateful from in your own birthing and postpartum journey. I look forward to seeing each of you on the flip side!

Wednesday check in: How are we feeling? Where in our day can we offer ourselves a little more slowness & grace? ✨
Happy Friday! Some loving “permission slips” as we move into the weekend. What else would you add to these?
📝✨
Summer does invite a certain slowness, if only we allow ourselves the permission to soften into it. Midweek check in: Are there small moments in your day where you can slow down a bit? Just like healing, and pregnancy… it’s a transition, and transitions take time.

Our “Window of Tolerance” is our nervous system’s ability to deal with the stress & anxiety of life in a healthy way. If we go beyond our Window of Tolerance, or Range of Resilience, regulation isn’t possible. If we aren’t able to regulate in healthy ways, that’s when our Management Strategies come in. How do Management Strategies show up for you?

Happy Friday! How are we feeling as we move into the weekend? How can we create space within ourselves to continue leaning into love?

I am still seeing clients in my Oceanside office, and remotely. Have you tried Somatic Experiencing yet?

I often hear "it takes a village" to raise a child (which I'm sure to find out!) but I want to acknowledge it also takes a village to be a living, breathing, mostly regulated human these days! Especially one who runs their own business, values wellness vs. burnout, and holds space for others and coregulates for a living.
As vulnerable as it feels, this is an area I would love to speak to and pull the curtain back on my own amazing team who help me do what I do and be who I am each and every day.
Lunita has been a friend for several years, we met through mutual friends and really bonded at a Primal Skills Women's Gathering called that I was teaching at a few summers ago. I've loved her ever since!
Almost a year ago I realized while my practice was full and thriving, I'd really dropped the ball on Social Media (and several other areas I value as a business owner). I reached out for support looking for a unicorn. A Special someone who would not only "do the thing" but come from an attuned, present, trauma informed place and help make my social media not only beautiful (bc why not) but also help the space feel like my voice, my essence and the messages I share. Lunita is the magical unicorn I hoped and prayed for! 🦄
As much as I may love the idea of being able to do everything myself and still be able to show up fully present with an overflowing cup to each session, that's not realistic or sustainable for me. I'm not that kind of Superwoman and I too need support. I am so grateful for my amazing support team and especially for Lunita, for helping me with social media!
Leave your favorite emoji to join in solidarity: we don’t have to do it alone! It does take a village.

I have some tender and exciting news to share... After holding space for my own fertility journey I am pregnant!
While I am very excited and joyful, I am also aware how tender and triggering pregnancy announcements can be from my own lived experience.
To be honest even in finding out I was pregnant I have been through many waves of fear, doubt, and uncertainty as I've had a miscarriage before.
Abandonment is a tender wound for me and learning to trust my body and my baby in this new way has been a portal to healing.
Each day reveals a new chapter of this journey but I can confidently say I feel energized, full of life, healthy, happy, excited and also have space to hold the worries and fear as they arise.
I am so grateful to finally share this exciting element of my fertility journey with you. In addition to my private practice I am focusing some of my energy on creating supportive resources to share while I am away on maternity leave.
The first resource is a live class I am offering on Monday, May 22 at 5 pm PDT. If you have been wanting to cultivate a deeper connection with your body, curious about Somatic Experiencing or just want some support, come join us! This will be both a fun, connecting and very informative class.
It would mean the world to me if you could share the class with someone you know in your own life who may benefit from the class. All info linked in my bio!
🌷✨
The ability to connect to the wisdom of our body is a tool that can alter and heal so many aspects of our life.
Our upcoming live one hour class will be an opportunity to begin understanding how to feel more connected to the body so we can allow the stress response cycle to complete and begin moving through our daily lives with more ease, agency, and empowerment.
In addition to covering the stress response cycle, we will learn and practice stabilizing tools to support your system in returning to a more regulated state.
For registration and more details, please see link in bio!
🌸
Have you been curious about Somatic Experiencing but aren’t sure where to start? I’ve got something special for you!
🌸 The body keep score, even when the mind forgets.
Our body remembers what we've been through, whether our mind does or not. It is constantly speaking to us through the language of sensation, but it can be challenging to listen or even know what messages it's telling us. We may feel ourselves stuck in a heightened state (either stuck on ON or stuck on OFF) days, months, even years after the event has ended.
🌸 You don't need to struggle anymore!
This class will not only offer the understanding and framework to begin making noticeable changes but also provide applicable tools that you can start using right away.
🌸 Time to come together with ease and authenticity
This will be a group offering but participation is 100% optional. No obligatory or pressured sharing or social engagement unless you want to! Your presence is valued.
🌸 Everyone is welcome and encouraged to attend.
No prior understanding, experience or knowledge of the nervous system is required but certainly welcomed! Taking notes is optional! This class will be recorded and shared with lifetime access so experiential learning is also strongly encouraged.
$66 for live class which includes recording.
