The month of July marks Colore Italian Restaurant & Pizzeria anniversary...and this year is very special, because we celebrate 15 YEARS of serving the Englewood and Denver communities!

We want to thank our neighbors, guests and our incredible staff who have joined us over the years. We are eternally grateful to have been invited to your dinner table. Please accept our sincerest gratitude for allowing us to be part of your lives, for your patronage, for your support and friendship.

We have had the privilege of hosting your first dates, multiple wedding proposals, rehearsal dinners and weddings; graduations, baby showers and memorials. We have watched young kids grow up to become parents themselves. We have employed over 400 people over the years, some of whom have gone on to become professors, doctors, lawyers, police officers, restauranteurs and even a syndicated cartoonist.

While we have also experienced crippling uncertainty, and devastating loss, we have always had our incredible community right there with us, and for that we are forever grateful. We look forward to serving you and your family as we move into the next 15 years!

After a busy Mother's Day on Sunday May 12th, Colore Italian Restaurant & Pizzeria will close for the day on Monday 5/13/24 for some repair and maintenance as well to give our staff a well-deserved break. We will re-open on Tuesday May 14th!

Chicken conchiglie - shell shaped pasta, grilled chicken, broccoli and sundried tomato, finished in a light roasted garlic Parmesan cream. SO GOOD! 🐚

Fresh burrata, in a pool of warm marinara, topped with fresh basil, and served with perfectly grilled crostini dusted in our signature seasoning mix. YUM.

This is our Prosciutto Pizza- our signature white sauce and mozzarella, with thinly sliced Prosciutto di Parma, fresh arugula, shaved parmigiano, and extra virgin olive oil. An absolute winner!
