Today marks the beginning of OSHAs Safe+Sound week. This week is meant to recognize the importance of implementing a safety program in the workplace. During Safe + Sound Week, employers can access resources and information provided by OSHA to start new safety programs, revitalize existing ones, or celebrate and recognize achievements in the workplace.

A strong safety culture balances productivity and safety during hot weather conditions, and encouraging proper PPE use and caring for workers' well-being reinforces a positive safety culture.

🚧 Safety Alert: OSHA is acting to combat trenching and excavation hazards. Trench collapses, also known as cave-ins, pose the most significant threat to workers' lives. Here's what you need to know to prevent cave-ins and ensure your safety:

3️⃣ SHIELD IT

🚧 Additional safety tips:
✅ Ensure a safe entry and exit point for the trench.
✅ Keep materials away from the trench's edge.
