So I did a little experiment with my Beef Be**er rub with some stuff I found at H-E-B today. Used the salsa taquera as my binder aftwr a sea salt bath, then threw a layer of Beef Be**er on. When I wrapped, I used an enchilada sauce and beef broth mixture to marinate the meat till it got to 195. The results were amazing!! Fantastic flavor!!!

The other racks with a rub we’re going to be releasing soon. So sweet, and amazing flavor as well! I uploaded a video of Nyla taste testing the ribs!
