Can you hear me breathing hard in the video? I was pushing a fraction of myself in comparison to these goddesses. In a yoga discipline we often omit freedom of movement because we get stuck in alignment but in order to stay healthy and from injuring ourselves because of repetitive postures and vinyasas, I feel the importance of movement within our own capabilities. Today was dedicated to just that and you soared! Thank you for your breath, energy and your willingness to continue to dig deep. Also the fact that you allow me to teach and record LOL!
