ss! At PONS at PAC we know how to help you get fit and help you have a great time while doing it. Our classes are great for competitive athletes such as cyclists and triathletes, as well as fitness and spinning enthusiasts. Don’t be intimidated if you aren’t a super fit athlete with 5% body fat. Our clientele range from Ironman triathletes and elite level bike racers, to working moms and retired folks! This is YOUR workout and our experienced instructors will guide you, inspire you, and help you reach YOUR goals . Whether your goal is to lose weight, do a faster bike split, improve your 20K, or just get improve your fitness level, we are confident that our classes will help you accomplish your goals. Newbies and experienced riders alike will get a good workout as our experienced instructors will help guide you through the class. The nice thing is that YOU control the intensity of the workout by controlling the resistance on the bike. Our workouts are more focused than a typical gym spin class because you are recruiting more muscles in your upper and lower body. We want our classes to mimic a real road ride, but even better. We have created a fun, friendly environment, where you can get a great workout and have a great time. Come try a class with ZERO risk, your first workout session is absolutely FREE, no strings attached! There is no reason to go at some big gym anymore, where you have to pay for a membership and enrollment fees. At PONS at PAC you only pay per workout session. Once you reserve a bike online or e-mail, you will know you have a spot in class. Experience the 1000 watts sound system, while you feel the "real difference" riding a top-of-the-line Real Ryder bike or rowing a top-of-the-line Concept2 rowing machine. Our experienced instructors create challenging, but fun, workouts helping to keep you motivated as you reach your fitness goals. The facility is clean, spacious and comfortable, and the computers on the bikes are a great way to measure progress. We also offer free parking just in front of PONS at PAC. PONS at PAC is owned and operated by Francisco and Vanessa Pons. Francisco has been racing mountain bikes since 1994. In 2006 he discovered cyclocross racing and in 2011 Francisco is ready to try road racing. As a Level 2 USA Cycling coach, he has experience coaching cyclists and as a competitive athlete himself he understands their needs. Francisco identified the need for a “real training” indoor cycling facility and opened PONS at PAC in 2010 to meet that need. It is a place where fitness enthusiasts, cyclists, expert racers and first timers can all get a great workout. Whether your goal is to lose weight, do a faster bike split, improve your 20K, or just get a heart pounding, sweat dripping workout, we are positive that our classes can help you accomplish your goals. Francisco teaches a few of the classes, but the majority of the classes are taught by highly qualified instructors with outdoor and indoor cycling experience.

Hoy a mis 60 les quiero compartir un pensamiento:
E decido hacer de un viejo conocido mi nuevo amigo! El se llama el Dolor Físico!
E decidido tratar en la medida posible estar alejado de El! Pero cuando el toca a mi puerta e decidido recibirlo con buena cara y el mejor de los ánimos! No quiero que se sienta ofendido si me ve ‘alicaído’y mucho menos deprimido por su llegada! normalmente avisa que llegará con muy poquita anticipación y nunca dice cuanto tiempo se quedará! Y aunque me choca que use mis pijamas, se ande ‘puneando’ por todos lados y se coma la mitad de una naranja exprimiéndola con los dientes ( debo aceptar que yo de chico lo hice mil veces pero ahora me parece una forma irracional de comer la naranja) y deje los residuos sobre la mesa o incluso tirados en el piso! Aunque haga desorden y me tenga todo hecho un tiradero! E decidido tomarlo con calma y aceptarlo y hasta tratar de comprenderlo! Porque se! Bien que se! Que en un derrepente se irá! Y cuando eso suceda yo seré más fuerte! Más enfocado en las cosas que realmente me gustan y amo de la vida! As igual que Yo! As de tu dolor físico un nuevo amigo! Acéptalo, toléralo y se más fuerte y feliz a su partida!
