UPDATE- It was determined that the headstone in question was removed for repairs and not stolen. It has been repaired and replaced!

The police department is requesting assistance with identifying the individuals, regarding a theft of a veterans headstone on June 28, 2024. The vehicle believed to be involved is a newer Chevrolet or GMC pickup truck. If you are able to identify, please contact Officer Thorp at (717)738-9200.

Last night a few of our officers (along with many other agencies) volunteered their time to be stand-in servers at Funck's Restaurant in Leola for the annual Tip-a-Cop campaign.
