Does it feel like doors have opened up, opportunities, or possibilities, we just don't know what they are yet?
Like it's right around the corner or just out of reach! l feel like 2 more weeks until we have more clarity! Right now, we are in the time of creation, like things are in the making (birthing stages).

Great examples of Crossing your own Boundaries:
-when you help with nothing in your tank.
-when you assume responsibility of what is meant to be their responsibility when they don't even ask and/or you don't even ask them (seems nice but you are taking away their power and choice to choose).
-When you jump to their call and don't even check in with you with what you need in the moment.
-when you check in with yourself and know it's not the right time but you do it anyways.
-when you are angry during or after helping them (most likely from crossing your own boundary even when you didn't realize it but your inner self is angry for doing so.

Life is such a beautiful reward when we are in the space to enjoy it! But for many, that joy and living is crushed under so much heaviness, drama, and patterns that hold us down.
I have been exploring this for many years for myself (and others) and have felt this expansive joy for many years! I'm so excited still, to this day, to continue to bring assistance so they can live life to the fullest with so much joy too!

I have made so many excuses for myself and still catch myself making excuses.
It's not that our mind makes excuses, it's if we allow ourselves to believe in or act upon those excuses.
So when I notice I'm making an excuse, I notice and observe it, don't judge myself because my brain is just trying to protect me as it knows to, and then, deciding to focus on my truth and if there are any actions to take!
This is absolutely true.
And true life changes never come from a place of excuses.
Just eliminate them all together my friends as they are just delaying the future you deserve.

CLIENT WINS:
In one session, taught client how to break a family pattern that was passed down 3 generations. The pattern was using food to dim their lights to match the energy of those around. Not only did this client break the family pattern (Family Karma), this client also connected directly with her ancestor to do so!
Whoop whoop! So freaking good!
CLIENT WINS:
We have been working on addiction and sexual abuse the last 3 sessions! This is their words when asked how they feel after tackling these areas!
"I feel really good. I feel like i've healed a lot and have noticed some of my behaviors starting to change bc of the work we’ve done. Now that I have the understanding everything feels so much more clearer to me. I no longer beat myself up bc I can make these connections and heal from them and feel like I can actually move on from things."
-Whoop whoop! This stuff is deep and I'm seeing major transitions and healing with this client so major happy dance!

Balancing discipline and surrender may be like a pendulum where you are more on one side of the swing (the extreme), then you are on another side of the swing (the other extreme). Once you learn both sides, you can then be able to balance it.
Don't judge yourself if you go too far to one side. That is the process of mastering it!
