Join Emilie for a yoga 201 flow.  This is an extended class where we break down more advanced postures.  Learn how to get in and out of these postures without the stress of time.  Each month there will be a new pose to learn and master.  Still a vinyasa flow class but with the opportunity to pause and get a detailed description of the posture.  Learning the history of the asana, the benefits, and other postures and drills that help you to achieve the physical shape.
