We awarded many well-deserved stripes and proudly promoted four students to new belts (even though the picture shows just three).

🎉✨ What an incredible Promotion Day yesterday! ✨🎉

We are beyond proud of all the kids for their hard work and dedication! 🌟 Along with earning new stripes, we also had several new belt promotions: 3 gray/white belts, 1 gray belt, and 3 yellow/white belts! 🥋🎉

Starting tomorrow (June 1st), we will no longer be holding the 10am competition class.

Instead, we will have an Open Mat in the 10am timeslot.

🇺🇸 Nearly 30 people joined us for our Memorial Day Open Mat, paying tribute to the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom. 🥋

Yesterday, we took 10 people down to in Cleveland. We came home with 21 medals. Each and every person killed it - win or lose!

We will see you all for our Memorial Day open mat at 10am.

Monday evening classes are canceled as well, as we honor those who fell, for us to stand tall.
