Our chocolate bars are like no other, each a multilayered medley of flavors enveloped by our unique blend of fine sustainably sourced european, U.S. origin, and organic chocolate. Our chocolate bars are hand formed, with priority given to whole, locally grown, and organically sourced ingredients

SUMMER - Organic pickled jalapeno candied with white raisins and carmelized sugar+raw pumpkin seeds+smoked salt, enveloped by 70% dark chocolate

FALL - Apricot+candied organic orange and ginger+roasted salted cashews, enveloped by a 50% dark, drizzled with 70% dark. WINTER - A combination of roasted nuts which may include; brazil, pecan, cashew, almond+sour cherries+walnut+hibiscus salt, enveloped by 85% dark chocolate

New varieties and truffle flavors will be presented regularly. We make a variety of wine infused and unique fragrant herb based truffles and chocolates. We also have a number of delectable flavors that we have not yet gone public with, including a variety of fruit creams & jellies based upon locally grown organic red currants, wild ohio blackberries, blueberries, rasberries, concord grapes (very old vine), pear, and paw-paw.
