I will be accepting Pacific Source (in network) until the end of February, and can bill out of network after that. I still accept Blue Cross Blue Shield and Providence health insurances.

Remember to give yourself credit for all the things you’re doing to help yourself and for all the challenges you’ve overcome this far.

A good massage can feel like a composition of music or a painting, with distinctive layers in the background and foreground, flowing, telling a story. If you can strive for presence while receiving a massage and “listen” with your body/mind, there is an active “conversation” happening between you/your body/ and the therapist. 🤗🙏❤️
