All-levels acro jam at Wild Light Yoga Center!!
We will do an optional intro/beginner class at the beginning, but feel free to jam on your own during that if you're more experienced!

It’s been a whirlwind the last 6 years…I’ve introduced four babies to yoga in the womb before birthing them into the world. And though I’ve taken a two year sabbatical from teaching to be with these amazing, tiny humans, Wild Light has always been in my heart. It is such a place of grounding, belonging, growth and transformation for anyone who has ever practiced or taught here, myself included. I can’t fully express the deep gratitude I have for Alaina and all our incredible teachers for everything they have done while I’ve been away. I am ecstatic to announce that I am back teaching on Thursdays at 9:30am and Saturdays at 11am! I look forward to seeing old faces, greeting new ones, and sweating with you all! This week we’re focusing on honing intuition and energetically moving the heart center. See you on the mat!
