We are currently accepting applications for All Warehouse Personnel and Experienced Drivers at our Euless TX. location.

All General Warehousing positions up to and including Delivery Drivers will be considered based on your level of qualifications/experience.
This is a fast-paced job with plenty of opportunity for advancement. If you thrive in fast paced environments this could be the job listing you have been looking for. Motivated individuals versed in multiple warehouse duties are highly encouraged to apply.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS - Past experience and being familiar with current warehousing techniques/processes is desired, but we are willing to train the right person. A good clean driving record and a healthy knowledge of the DFW metroplex is also desirable for those seeking the ability to become a delivery driver.

The ideal candidate should possess the following skills in order to be considered. Keep in mind, we are actively seeking experienced personnel only at this time.

Valid drivers license with a clean driving record, will not be considered without either of these requirements.
Minimum 3-5 years of warehouse related experience preferred, but will train the right person. Past employment references will be verified.
Able to work Monday through Friday on a very dependable basis. Typical shifts run from 7 AM - 4 PM or 8 AM - 5 PM, but times could vary slightly depending on the position. There are plenty of opportunities for overtime when we are busy.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications along with various types of inventory software, DDI Inform is currently being utilized at our facilities.
Must have good teamwork and organizational skills. Team players highly desired.
Excellent written/verbal communication skills.
The ability to plan ahead and deal with unexpected changes within a dynamic/fast paced work environment.
Strong problem solving and decision-making skills.
Possesses a strong desire to perform duties at their highest level.
Takes initiative, pride, and demonstrates leadership/competency in their actions.
JOB CONDITIONS**- Conditions will be conducive of a non-climate-controlled warehouse. It will be cold in the winter and hot in the summer. Typical warehouse environment, its hot outside right now, do not apply if you cannot be out in the heat.

Having the ability to lift and move items up to 75 lbs. at times.

SALARY**- Highly competitive with current market conditions.

Salary/Hourly Rates will be negotiated during the interview process. Pay will be based on experience level and qualifications, ranging from $14 up to $19 per hour.

Hot and humid last night but the Pioneer Fasteners & Tools Inc. softball squad rallied the troops and pulled off two big wins in a double header thus concluding the Spring 2 season. The team looked good and managed to get the bats going and kept them hot through both games. Great job guys!!

The Softball squad went 0-2 tonight, but had plenty of fun in the process. Big rally and almost pulled off a huge comeback in the second game but came up just a bit short in the end.
