Founded by Mary Keehn, Cypress Grove began with two goats and a dream for healthier, more flavorful cheese. Fast forward to today, and they produce a range of award-winning cheeses, including our favorite Fromage Blanc. Soft, pillowy, and perfect for both sweet and savory dishes, it pairs beautifully with our bagels. We're proud to share their delicious, locally-made cheese with you 🥯
