Fitting that I have been sick for a week leading up till today. Hard lesson learned do not cut the grass during pollen season without mask. Also, do not frolick on trampoline with daughter in the myst of yellow.

I believe that our bodies become sick in an effort to shed the old when the time is right. Often, with the change of season as well. Shedding Toxins, physically, emotionally and spiritually.

This IS The ideal time to do a light cleanse or detox, plant seeds, set intentions, create an altar, carve out space for creativity.

This year I can honestly say has truly once again shown me the magic of the season. I have slowed down a little, and am so thankful I was led to do this because it has allowed me to discover a plethora of magic 🪄 and follow the “signs” 🪧 from mystical mushroom 🍄 shaman Santa 🎅 to the many blessings I have received. I began the season with anger doubt and fear in my heart but with a LOT of trust and faith and courage I knew things would work out but I never could have prepared just for how good. Grateful for this snuggle time with my daughter and Ruby. To everyone, during this blessed time of honor and traditions whether it’s Solstice, Yule, Christmas, Hanukkah, Diwali, Krampus I just wish one day everyone would realize we are all celebrating essentially the same cyclical occurrence in nature, regardless of the stories we believe and myths that create deeper meaning in our lives that we subscribe to.

Not a morning person BUT guess what? 20 years ago I made a personal vow to be a gym 🐀 and I drag my grumpy ass here most days that end in Y. The ONE brief time that I skipped the gym for what felt like an eternity …. my health deteriorated and it coincided with a dark night of the soul. I am limited in what I can do because of pain but the options are still endless. Right now my favorite is TRX (has been forEVER, and getting creative on the rowing machine and Barre. It’s nice to NOT do yoga sometimes snd my body craves strength which helps keeps my mental game strong. The gym is my church, my playground and my morning meditation. My greatest breakthroughs are during exercising. I organize my thoughts. It sets the tone for the rest of the day. As long as I am physically able, I will continue.

Thousands of years ago, our ancestors saw energy in a way that has been recently dismissed as paranormal or supernatural. We didn’t have special tools to investigate energy, therefore we used our intuition and senses. Visuals of the body were created that mapped out energy pathways and collection centers. The most famous and well known maps are called the meridian pathways, which is derived from Traditional Chinese Medicine, and the chakra system from the Hindu tradition of India. Both of these date back to at least 3000 BCE. One reason it is so difficult to comprehend subtle energy is because modern science doesn’t even fully understand. Not only does the vibrating “oscillating” energy carry a set of “rules” which instructs the energy particles how to operate , it also has an intelligence in which it carries and transports information. Sometimes, this information which can be in the form of emotions can become stuck. According to Barbara Brennan, subtle energy sets up a matrix for cellular growth. Meaning it is present before new cell growth occurs. There is also evidence suggesting that the subtle energetic body serves to link the etheric field to the developing physical body. If subtle energy dictates physical reality, then not only is it possible to use subtle energetic as a diagnostic tool but also for healing holistically.

Rainbow Bridge Meditation is a visualization technique that aims to connect and harmonize your energy centers, (chakras). The meditation involves visualizing a bridge made of rainbow-colored light that extends from the Earth to the heavens above. This bridge represents the pathway of energy flowing through your body. It can also help align you with 5D Consciousness.

During the meditation, you can start by finding a quiet and comfortable space. Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths to relax. Visualize roots growing from the soles of your feet, grounding you to the Earth. Imagine a ball of white light above your head, representing your higher self or divine energy.

Then, slowly bring your awareness to each of your chakras, starting from the base of your spine and moving up to the top of your head. As you focus on each chakra, imagine that the corresponding color of the rainbow is flowing through it. For example, red for the base chakra, orange for the sacral chakra, yellow for the solar plexus chakra, and so on. It can also be beneficial to chant the Seed (Bija) Sound Mantras that correlate which each chakra.

As you move up the rainbow bridge, you can also visualize any areas of blockage or imbalance in your chakras being cleared and healed by the flowing rainbow light. Allow the energy to flow freely through each chakra, bringing balance and harmony to your entire being.

The Rainbow Bridge Meditation can help you align your energy centers, release any stagnant or negative energy, and promote a sense of well-being and connection. It is a beautiful practice that can enhance your spiritual journey and inner growth. Remember to take your time, be patient with yourself, and allow the experience to unfold naturally.

Clearly they should have set up the Grateful Dead 💀 🌹 but I’ll accept Chicago 😂 I am melancholy that Halloween is over but for everyone who celebrates I hope you have a beautiful time honoring those who walked before us.

I have always been fascinated with death, transitions and transformations. It’s really hard living in a world where people demonize you for naturally being this way. Even when I was a teenager and started that goth-grunge stage and naturally I was sent to the counselor at school because they thought something was wrong with me when in reality I was simply getting to know the hidden part of myself and very in touch with my emotions.

To be transparent it actually feels like I am a shamanic gatekeeper of sorts between the worlds but mostly in this world helping those who are experiencing a spiritual or ego death. I now understand that people are often guided to me at this lost and confusing stage.

I feel closely connected with Kali, Hekate, Lilith and I am just taking a moment to say that this does not make me “satanic” or a bad human. I walk a Godly path and a very sacred one. I am filled to the brim with unconditional love and compassion for humanity.

I despise the way that death and dying is treated taboo and something to be feared and ESPECIALLY the business of funerals among many others things that disgusts me about western culture. In some cultures there is a sacred ceremony for days after someone transitions with prayers and chanting and songs honoring and guiding souls to pass on.

I asked AI to write a poem about Samhain & Hekate out of curiosity to see what it is capable of. I feel concerned about the creative future of humanity and at the same time marveled at technology.

In the shadows of the eve, when the moon is bright, Hekate, the goddess, emerges in her sacred light. Samhain, the season of spirits and ancestral ties, A time when veils are thin, where magic truly lies.
