Single Ladies' Fellowship: Fire Pit & S'mores Night

Labor Day Holiday Schedule

"September of Seeking":
A Time of Focused Prayer

Wednesday nights in September are always set aside for a special time of prayer, but there is such an increased need today for God’s people to gather together and cry out for His wisdom and help.

The main auditorium will be open 30 minutes before service begins at 7:00pm each Wednesday night in September. We urge you to take advantage of this time to come in and direct your focus on the Lord in preparation for corporate prayer and worship. PLEASE NOTE: We ask that talking and fellowship take place in the coffee shop so that a holy atmosphere can be maintained in the sanctuary.

On the first week, Pastor Bryan will be teaching some on prayer before leading us into a time of worship and prayer together.

Plan to join us for our next Quest Men's Ministry Breakfast on September 21st at 9:00am.

All men/young men are invited to meet in the gym for breakfast and fellowship. The menu will be scrambled eggs, pancakes, grits, sausage, coffee, milk and juice. Sign up is not required but would be appreciated. We ask for a $3 voluntary donation at the breakfast to cover expenses.

Precepts is starting back and we will be studying the book of James! Class will begin on September 8th at 4:00pm and will be held in the Fellowship Hall for 10 weeks. Please register by August 26th in order to secure a workbook. Each person attending will need their own book, and books are $28. If you have any questions, please contact Brooke Smith. We can't wait to study this practical book with you of what REAL faith in Jesus should look like.

"Hard Hearted or Tender Hearted?"

This Sunday we will study the differences between a hard heart and a tender heart. One is blind and unable to have light pe*****te it, while the other is sensitive to the needs of others.

Baptism will be held Wednesday, September 11th, immediately following the service. The registration deadline is Monday, September 9th. Wednesday Night for Adults

Our study from Proverbs chapter 2 will continue this week as we learn more about the counsel it gives to search for and trust in God’s wisdom and knowledge.

YAMS to Passion Conference 2025

YAMS Young Adult Ministry is going to the Passion Conference January 6th-8th. Cost is $199 per person, and this includes admission, hotel, transportation, and one lunch. A $50 deposit to hold your spot is due by September 6th, with the balance due by December 6th.

September Small Group

There will be a small group meeting on Mondays in September from 6:30pm-8:00pm in the Living Room to discuss the book "One Month to Live" by Chris and Kerry Shook. It is open to both men and women.

Ladies' Night: Bingo & Brownie Sundaes

August 24th at 5:00pm in the Fellowship Hall

Let's get together for some good food and fellowship! We'll have pulled pork, potato salad, baked beans, and homemade ice cream for dessert! Awana Parents’ Meeting
August 11th

There will be a brief meeting in the Youth Auditorium immediately following the 11:00am service for parents of current or prospective Awana students (ages 3-11). The purpose is to help prepare parents and clubbers for what to expect in Awana for 2024-2025, which kicks off August 14th!
